We had a great stay. The chalets are comfortable and traditional. Well stocked kitchen although limited work space but enough equipment, glasses, plates etc. beds were surprisingly comfortable. We had the 6/8 person 3 bedroom apartment for 4 of us-I wouldn’t have wanted it to be any smaller than it was. Slightly odd layout-when my youngest need the bathroom she either had to come through our bedroom to our ensuite or go to the other side of the apartment to my other daughters ensuite! The Sherpa mini mart sold anything you could think of-great to have it there for extra bits. (We did a big initial shop before we started up the mountain as cheaper!) We stayed in block 8 which was right next to the piste, great location.

Very nice appartment and a super friendly staff. Definitely comming back for many times in winter and summer you can ski in and out. Everything you need is tight in the area als o very nice restaurant

Bel établissement propre et entretenu Personnel génial et à l écoute Un cadre magnifique sur les montagnes enneigées même en été. Que dire à part qu’ il faut y aller sans aucun souci et les yeux fermés Endroit très calme entouré de vrais professionnels

Résidence particulièrement bien située au coeur de la Haute Maurienne et du village de Lanslevillard à 1500 mètres d'altitude avec un magnifique écrin de montagne enneigées (même l'été puisque nous avons fait de la luge le 16 juillet ...)

Premier séjour à Lanslevillard et donc dans la Résidence "Les Balcons de Val Cenis Village". Le personnel a été vraiment très agréable et disponible tout au long du séjour. L'appartement était spacieux et très bien équipé. Le tout dans un cadre magnifique. De nombreux services et commodités sont à proximité, accessibles à pied (épicerie, boulangerie, office du tourisme, restaurants, etc.). Attention cependant pour se garer, quand on n'a pas l'habitude des parkings souterrains, l'étroitesse des places de stationnement peut surprendre. Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour.

Super établissement! Super accueil, super emplacement, super rapport qualité-prix!! On a passé de magnifiques vacances! Nous recommandons sans hésiter cet endroit! De plus, les activités à faire autour (randonnées, trail, VTT, etc) sont sublimes!!!!

Tout était nickel de notre arrivée à notre départ, tous les professionnels sont agréables, souriants et respectueux. Ceux de la réception sont aux petits soins pour nous donner des conseils personnalisés et adaptés, ceux de l'entretien efficaces, ceux de la piscine accueillants et sécurisants. L'appartement était très bien agencé, propre et quelle vue ! le SPA avec piscine hammam sauna ... très agréable pour se détendre après les randonnées et redonner le sourire à des ados qui préfèrent la bronzette à la marche.

Het apartement is voorzien van alle benodigdheden: vaatwas, voldoende bestek en borden, verwarming, microgolfoven, diepvries..... Het was er proper, licht en aangenaam vertoeven. De winkel op het terrein heeft héél veel op voorraad. Het personeel aan de receptie is zéér vriendelijk. Parkeren op het terrein, eventueel overdekt. Er is aan alles gedacht.

Pour la 3eme année nous sommes ravies de notre séjour. Établissement propre, service à proximité, au pied des pistes, service spa très correcte. Notont que la piscine était plus chaude que les autres années top pour les petits. Personnel agréable.
