All vehicles must be parked within a driveway located on the property (fits up to 3 cars) while 2 additional cars can be parked on the grass in front of the house facing the mailbox , cars are not permitted to park in the sidewalks or on the street under any circumstances. Security Camaras cover only the exterior areas of the property , they remain on and in operation at all times, solely to be used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of our guests and the property. No Smoking inside the house : violation of this rule result on additional $500 fee. Pool Heating We offer pool heating to 86°F at no additional cost. If you prefer a temperature above 86°F , there will be an additional charge of $65 per day during your stay. Our property undergoes rigorous cleaning and sanitizing according to CDC Standards. Our dedicated team conduct pre-stay inspections to ensure an impeccable experience for you . Insect Precautions: While we regularly treat for bugs, insects and ants, please be aware that Florida's sub-tropical climate can attract critters.
