前台服務員態度算很不錯，去了還升級了房型，然而噩夢才開始
1.洗漱用品不放洗手枱放床邊櫃
2.整個房間就洗手枱兩個杯子。那是要拿來洗漱用還是喝水呢？
3.淋浴間花灑壞了，上下噴水。
4.噩夢的開始，開空調26度，睡不到一個小時被熱醒了，一看温度是29度，還以為自己調錯了，起來查看沒錯呀，把温度調到最低，又睡了一會變30度，這叫一個鬱悶。蒸桑拿呢，一個晚上折騰兩次，基本沒睡，一大早退房走人。

標間廁所沒有隔斷，商務出行洗澡很麻煩。
酒店大堂座位衹有硬板凳，軟沙發都在付費大堂吧。
衞生間備品全都藏在了牀頭櫃裏面，為了規避相關政策卻又懶得每次花時間直接給顧客。打了前台電話要牙刷才告知在牀頭櫃裏面。
中高端酒店住多了怪我養成了壞習慣，離店忘記把房卡還。下午收到一個電話，才知道這家酒店房卡必須回收，我主動提出直接賠卡，酒店卻説一張50元兩張100元。聽得我冷汗直流，新年沒快遞，找人從杭州把卡送了回去。幾毛成本的讀寫卡，竟翻100倍成50元，酒店創收模式，真是可笑可笑。
連鎖酒店多一點細節，才能樹立好的品牌，已經不如亞朵了，別讓自己淪落得不如全季。
本是春節已經加了價，別壞了風評落了口舌。

定的房間圖片上看是有浴缸的，結果沒有，打電話問客服，結果被質問是“衹有豪華才有，您是想要換豪華麼”，搞笑這不是我想不想換的問題，這是你們圖片要真實的問題，誤導了我還一副好像我來找茬似的態度。後來想着太累了就算了，結果掀開被子床單也是臟的，打電話讓換床單，足足等了20分鐘，這次可以説是體驗極差了。

整體滿意度很高，設施完備，環境很高雅，早餐很豐富，空調很足，電動窗簾，就是春節假期晚餐不能在酒店解決，還好離外面吃飯的地方不遠，有服務員推薦飯店，性價比高
