回家探親第二次入住，上一次暑假，這次住了幾晚，可能是春節入住人少，熱水不能保證，洗澡水沒有熱水，和前台説了才打開開關，也是服了，那住店客人不用熱水嗎？早餐幾天每天都一樣，沒有絲毫變化，現在買東西也不麻煩，怎麼不能變換花樣做呢？蘭州天氣太乾燥，加上酒店地暖，房間非常乾燥，上呼吸道就感染了。值得肯定一點，酒店還是想做好服務，除夕之夜還送了水果盤，衹是幾個小桔子，晚上有梨湯。在服務的提升上酒店還需要下大力氣改進。

整體不錯，早餐也很豐盛，交通便利，尤其是前台客服經理小白女士非常熱心大方，老師臨時佈置作業需要打印，當時非常着急，小白女士熱情幫助，再次感謝，後續出遊蘭州，還會選擇這家。

酒店位置離蘭州大學城關校區比較近，酒店門口有共享電動車停車點，騎行大概十分鐘就能到蘭大，反方10分鐘能到夜市，打車也很方便，步行15分鐘可以到德元牛肉麪館。房間乾淨，窗户隔音好。酒店配有送餐機器人。就是酒店門口樓梯需要提行李上個6、7級台階，沒有緩坡。

房間還可以，酒店門口停車位不是很多，不太好停，大門口有六級高高的台階，箱子要自己提上去，這一點對有大件行李的不友好，窗户正好對着一個施工的工地，衹要開窗户就會很吵，很大的灰。但是窗户隔音的效果特別好。一關上就聽不見了。退房時還要查完房才能離開，要不停的催才行。其他的酒店基本上給了房卡就可以離開。

酒店很新，硬件過硬，服務人員都很熱情，位置比較好，周邊用餐比較多，也有大商超。美中不足：沒有小孩的拖鞋，正門衹有台階，帶着孩子拎着兩個行李箱進出非常不便。

這次的西北之行也就此結束。儘管旅行是結束了，但我的心還在美麗的茶卡鹽湖，浪漫的青海湖，神奇的丹霞，因為這些美景的印象在我的心中實在是太深太深了，深到讓我難以忘懷。
導遊小哥非常熱情，很貼心，每天晚上送我們入住後才會離開，路上遇到好看的景色也會停下來讓我們拍照，會和，我們推薦好吃的飯館，也風趣幽默，我們一路上唱着歌看着景，有一種一羣朋友出來自駕遊的快樂，説我們很幸運，走到哪裡哪裡就晴天，早上出門還在下小雨，到了景點就出了太陽，真的很奈斯，小哥哥拍照技術很好，還會指導我們擺姿勢，還給我們推薦了温順的馬場，騎馬時還會給我們拍照錄視頻👍團餐也非常棒有烤全羊駝掌

自駕出行到蘭州，訂了這裏的家庭房，方便帶孩子空間也比較大，蘭州不好停車，酒店門口有免費停車位，離南關夜市和正寧路夜市都步行可達，去黃河邊中山橋南打車也不遠，衹是蘭州堵車嚴重，這家酒店位置就很好
