1. There is basically no hot water, it is estimated to be 34-35 degrees. I need to take a shower after 12 o'clock in the evening, and I can't even change rooms.
2. Poor service. I called the front desk twice. The second time I guess they were picking up guests, but they hung up on me while talking.
