Sheraton Lanzhou Anning

The hotel has very good humanistic care. We came here for our anniversary. Before we checked in, Miss Camellia helped us upgrade the room and said very enthusiastically that we could find her if we had any questions or recommendations during the trip. It was outstanding! The view from the 35th floor was great, and the Yellow River Building was opposite. Because I was not used to the climate in the northwest, I hung up the water until the early morning the next day and returned to the hotel. In order to rest a little longer the next day, I asked the front desk lady (4.8 nights black frame glasses) if we could delay the check-out. She also delayed it for us very quickly, which was very touching. The room service was also very fast, a very good experience. I didn’t have such a good experience when I stayed in Marriott in other cities before, and I was very happy.

I received a call from Emma before checking in, asking about my requirements. I told her that I wanted to live close to the elevator and that I needed an extra bed. The room was well arranged. Although there was dust during the two days of my stay, the view outside the window was still very pleasant. Overall, the guy at the front desk was very good and skilled in his business. The room was very clean, and Miss Emma answered all my questions and responded promptly. The breakfast was also good, with all the Chinese and Western food. The beef noodles tasted good too. The only complaint was the dinner service in the executive lounge. A bunch of people went to grab the food, which was really scary. The key was that there wasn't that much food. It started at 18:00 and was gone by 18:30... I was stunned. I could feel that the staff in the lounge were also helpless. Haha 😂. Overall, the check-in experience was not bad 👍! Recommended

The hotel is very clean and hygienic. I was very satisfied with my stay. Krystal helped me arrange the room in advance. The service was warm and thoughtful. The hotel is right at the subway entrance and next to Wuyue Plaza. It has a great location and is very convenient for travel and business. I definitely recommend it to everyone!

The room was clean, the service was good, the food was good, the seafood and beef in the buffet were fresh, and I was given an upgraded room. The only thing that needed improvement was that the food partitioning and placement in the buffet was a bit messy.
