酒店在園區內，停車🅿️方便，車位多，房間整體比較好，前台主動升級了豪華大床房，早餐豐富，餐廳乾淨，整體感覺還不錯。帶娃出行，大床房空間特別大，適合家庭出遊。

這次去蘭州短途旅行，想着離市中心遠的酒店，環境會更安靜，更好。所以選擇了麗柏酒店。酒店定位是四星級酒店，不過在細節上還是要完善。
1.酒店周邊應該是在開發建設中，基建項目較多，導致酒店走廊裏地面灰塵較多。
2. 在平台上預訂的時候擔心會沒有窗户，給酒店打電話確認了兩次，工作人員表示，有窗户，但是並沒有特別提示，是小窗。
3.杯具上殘留有保潔用品的纖維。
4.洗澡間與衞生間地面隔水處理沒有做好，洗澡時，水會大量流到外面。
5.淋雨噴頭功能太簡易，衹有一種，水開大一點，作用到身上會疼。
6.洗澡水温度較低，洗澡時候有點冷，並且對喜歡水温較熱的客人不友好。
7.優點房間温度適宜，床品舒適，備有防蚊片，衞生間乾濕分離，房間空間大小適中，不侷促，舒適。
8.在提出訂房間及入住後的問題後，工作人員進行響應以及更換了房間。
9.大廳設施齊全，咖啡機壞了不出咖啡，前台工作人員幫助處理好。
10.早餐豐富，餐廳衞生好。有健身房和洗衣間，標識都是中英雙語，並且逃生示意圖較完善。
11.推薦入住，期望酒店完善升級。

非常滿意的一次體驗，酒店很新，房間很大，各種設施的細節考慮得非常周到細緻，早餐很豐盛，性價比非常高。並且，酒店幾百米內有充電站，純電車充電很快很方便。
