Haiyou Hotel (Lanzhou Railway Station Subway Station)

The room is clean and tidy, the transportation is very convenient, the facilities are complete, the front desk service attitude is very good, and a small gift was given when checking out. It was a very good experience and I will stay here again if I have the chance.

The location is excellent. I bought a very early train when passing Lanzhou, and chose this Haiyou Hotel near the train station. My car was more than 5 o'clock in the morning and I walked to the security check in five minutes. What was even more unexpected was that Even though the hotel is next to the square in front of the train station, it is unexpectedly quiet at night. I am a light sleeper, and the front desk staff kindly told me that there are noise-canceling earplugs at the front desk, which can be provided free of charge if I find it noisy. Moreover, the new store offered free breakfast upon its opening. I was leaving early anyway, and the front desk was thoughtful enough to prepare soy milk and buns for me. After I passed security, I ate them in the waiting hall while they were still hot. The hotel's bath towels are also very clean, because they are disposable. The front desk also reminded that if they are not enough, they can be delivered to the room. I can enjoy such an accommodation experience at such a price near the train station. I like such front desk service. I think it has exceeded my expectations. If I have the chance to come to Lanzhou again, I will still choose this hotel!

I originally thought it would be easier to catch the train because it was close to the train station, so I chose the newly opened Hi Inn. However, the stay was really terrible. I booked a business king room, but they arranged a room at the elevator entrance, which should have been a superior king room. I could only hear the sound of the elevator going up and down all night. The sound insulation was very poor, not at all. I could hear the constant noise from the neighbors at 2 a.m. and I didn't sleep well the whole night. It was really terrible and the experience was very bad. You get what you pay for. The sound insulation is extremely poor and I still feel uncomfortable all over.

I originally went there for two nights. I stayed in other hotels on the first night. The environment was really bad. If they didn't refund, I would just make do with one night. I decided on this hotel that night. The next day, I called the young lady at the front desk to ask if I could check in early. After she said yes, I hurried there. I can rest on the first floor, and there is a laundry room. The environment is really good. After going up the elevator, the cleaning lady also helped me find the room. The environment of the room is also very good, and the toilet is separated into dry and wet areas. Overall, it is very good! The location is really good, just 20 meters away from the east exit of Lanzhou Railway Station. It has been recently renovated and opened, and is overall clean and tidy. It is currently in trial operation, and the washing machines and vending machines in the lobby have not yet been put into use.
