住了那麼多店最差的一次，剛進屋，一股子煙味兒很嗆，首先，沒有免費礦泉水，只有燒水壺，大夏天的自己燒熱水喝嘛？還有一次性杯子都是臟的，打掃阿姨也不知道換換，。其次，隔音不好，大半夜人走廊説話還有人大聲喊老闆。最後，吹風一熱就不運行了，還得等涼，吹三秒等半小時，吹個頭發愣是吹兩三次，懷疑🤨有漏電風險，找老闆要移動電源的吹風還就讓等那固定不行的，，不管什麼原因造成的，該修修該換換啊？？。還有空調下邊，一整個牆角線都是漏電後在那個牆上留下的灰色的線條。給人總感覺掉個不穩定的感覺，沒敢給手機充電。樓道的地毯坑坑窪窪。

旁邊有個停車場。停車很方便。就是得自費。但是蘭州這邊好多酒店都沒有自己的停車場。可以接受。酒店床單被罩都很新

這是我住過這20年來最差最差的酒店 一進大門撲面而來的就是死老鼠味道還有腳臭味（那個地毯能不能換換）房間隔音之差， 讓你們高層去住一晚感受一下這樣的環境！！！

服務：前台是一個小哥哥，服務態度好，電視機沒調出來他親自上來換了遙控器才下去

設施：都比較新，就是衞生間有些小，洗澡的空間不是很大

酒店前台服務熱情周到，提出的問題都能用心解決。酒店位置雖處在火車站附近 ，但一點也感覺不到嘈雜。環境整體温馨幽靜，房間衞生整潔乾淨。裝修時尚大氣 。硬件設施也不錯，熱水24小都有，地暖特別暖和，偶爾還需要打開空調製冷一下，一直感覺挺不錯的哦！所以每次都會選擇這裏。
