外面牌子打的是如家旗下的酒店，但是實際是一個一層小旅館。訂單定的是雙人房標間，但去現場缺告知房間沒有，改訂親子間（如圖房間跟床很小）價格還很貴。由於辦手續後到房間時發現房間很冷，空調是壞的。這兩天天氣很冷，帶着孩子，跟老闆説退房缺不讓退，導致第二天孩子們感冒，直接住宿感極差。

地理位置挺好的，步行去中山橋也可以。房間不大，設施齊全，連住了2晚。樓下吃飯方便，麪館菜館火鍋釀皮麪包店水果店。

有獨立空調，很舒服，酒店還貼心準備了驅蚊器 ，水壺也是新的，可以放心煮水，一次性物品都免費，給我的最大感受就是衞生很乾凈，讓人住的舒服，下次還來。

因為是臨時預訂衹有無窗的房間了就訂了無窗，價格也沒有很便宜想着應該還可以。可是房間超級小，隔音超級差，走廊和別的房間的聲音都能夠聽到。退房時看到有窗的房間很寬敞，並不是前台説的“除了窗户之外其他的的設施一模一樣”。
還有一般酒店前台應該是有基本的醫療用品的吧，詢問是否有温度計卻被告知沒有，有待改進。

沒有隔音效果，樓道説話像是在耳邊，隔壁聊天都能聽到，唉，這品控真的不行，吹風筒看着有點危，廁所門把手壞了，很多地方都貼貼補補，被單毛巾發黃，枕頭不太乾淨，第二天眼睛巨癢，廁所裏面的一次性物品慎用要收費，一張一次性坐墊要十塊…花灑不能調方向，是固定的，總之，不值這個價

進門要上二樓，台階挺長的，拿着行李箱非常不方便。設施陳舊，房間很小。更像小旅館。下水返臭味非常非常嚴重！服務還可以。
