服務熱情周到，位於火車站西面的高層住宅小區內，交通便利，周圍什麼都有。公寓式房子，廚房，流衣機什麼都全，設施全新且房屋整潔乾淨無異味。全屋地暖，俯視窗外風景獨好。如果住的時間還可以自己做飯，冰箱也有，是一家人出行在外住宿最佳選擇

帶長者孩子自駕返程半夜到達最後一站蘭州，通過搜尋距離上高速路口軟件推薦了這家酒店，奔着評價不錯定了，結果是我十幾天西北行體驗感最差的一家。由於帶了小比熊，每次訂酒店都會選擇可攜帶寵物和寵物友好標簽，差評點如下：第一半夜十二點多到達後，轉悠了半小時都沒有找到停車的地方，服務人員説的停車地方較遠！最後我自己跟門口保安商量了下，保安師傅看我們長者孩子大半夜的，同意讓我們停到早上七點挪車，才算解決。此時已經一點半左右了；第二服務人員態度倒挺好，下來小區門口接我們，一路進門走到單元門口才説，寵物收費，大狗200小狗100，半夜了就收50元吧。我説為什麼不提前説，收費為什麼不公示價格！（翻了下在客人問答那塊有個收費回覆）半夜兩點了在樓下拉扯説得收費，又説自己做不了主要找老闆，電話也未打通。還建議不行可以換酒店。半夜兩點不考慮長者孩子在樓下糾纏不合理的收費！我建議要是不是寵物友好就不要標註可攜帶寵物，要是寵物收費就請在訂房頁面進行公示！後來我説今天你要收費我必定打12315進行投訴，才説先住進去第二日再説。第三到前台收按金是轉私人微信的，這個不知道合規與否。第四，房間就是租的民宅，環境一般，衞生間沒有放衞生紙，開火標註要收費，呵呵

我對酒店的住宿體驗感到非常滿意。房間寬敞明亮，佈置得既舒適又現代，讓我感到賓至如歸。床鋪非常舒適，保證了我每晚都能有良好的睡眠。酒店的地理位置優越，周邊交通便利，讓我能夠輕鬆探索城市。
儘管酒店不提供早餐服務，但這並沒有影響到我的住宿體驗。周邊有許多餐廳和咖啡館，我可以在那裡享用美味的早餐。此外，酒店的服務團隊非常友好和專業，他們總是樂於幫助解決任何問題。
總體來説，我認為這家酒店的性價比非常高，無論是商務出差還是休閑旅遊，都是一個不錯的選擇。我期待未來有機會再次入住。

衞生間太小了，洗澡更小，衞生一般，路過蘭州火車站住了洗澡，會收兩百按金，能接受就還行，路過不挑剔可以住
