前台服務員態度特別差，還欺騙消費者！被我識破了！一開始説網上訂單比實際帶我們看的房子要小，現場定的房子要大一點，因為網上要便宜三四十塊！結果住下以後房間是一樣大的，還有房間內毛巾浴巾用的都發黃了，床單千瘡百孔，到處都是補丁！更誇張的是白色的床單用紅色的線打補丁！真心不推薦！

第一次住西婭客棧，大堂在五樓，光線非常暗，好像沒有營業一樣。電燒水壺裡麪都出現了銹跡。

一次非常差的酒店體驗：1.床單不乾淨而且很多破洞 2.wifi網絡信號差，到晚上11點後才能正常聯網，3.由於是在攜程上訂商務標間，酒店前台故意給一間最小房間，我房間左右客房明顯大於我這房間，4. 晚上11點後洗澡熱水非常小，水温也不穩定，一會兒燙一會兒又涼。總之是非常差一次住宿體驗。
