Advantages: It is very convenient to provide pick-up and drop-off service. When picking up the airport, call the front desk. The drop-off basically departs two hours in advance of the flight time. The front desk books a car. The room is relatively clean, and the breakfast is relatively simple and full. Disadvantages: The luggage is placed in the aisle when picking up and dropping off the airport, which is particularly unsafe. Even if the luggage is not full, it will be placed in the aisle. I hope it will attract attention. Also, it was scheduled to depart at 8:30 when we dropped off the airport. The front desk told us to sit on the sofa and call us when the time came. As a result, there was no movement at 8:30. After asking, we called the driver to start the car. The car was dispatched at 8:32. After driving for two minutes, the front desk called the driver to pick up a late guest. It wasted the time of the whole car and went back to the hotel to pick up the guest without asking for everyone’s opinions. This operation is also incomprehensible. What about time cost? If the hotel wants to do a good job of service, it should count the number of people registered before departure, and call to inform those who didn’t show up.

A very cost-effective stay. I wanted to save money and stay in Lanzhou for one night. I didn't expect it to be so good. The room is big, the bedding is clean and comfortable, the room is full of green radishes, and there is plenty of rainwater. The breakfast is rich. I also thoughtfully prepared a takeaway lunch box for the passengers on the early flight.

酒店很好，接送機超級熱心超級及時，送機的時候前台姐姐還幫我提行李，因為航班延誤需要延遲退房也很爽快的安排了。床品很乾凈，空調也很好使，還有暖風系統，真的很棒，樓下就是便利店，附近還有好吃的牛肉麪😋

納蘭酒店可以説是我這次西北大環線定的最喜歡的一個酒店了。環境非常好，一進門就是陽光明媚大窗房。衞生也做得非常乾淨。最最驚喜的是他們家的暖氣是可以調節的，可以根據自己的需要調節。早餐也很美味，還有貼心的送機服務不要太完美。
