Nice hotel next to Tuanjie Xincun Metro Station Line 2, but not up to 5star level. We stayed for 3 nights, as I had prepaid. No English spoken either at the front desk or breakfast cafe. Room was on the 26th floor with a magnificent view looking South. Quiet room, smallish and with little hanging space and no safety box. Breakfast was Chinese and underwhelming. Nice indoor heated pool, but quite crowded with outsiders allowed to swim there. Fantastic gym with everything you could need and all to yourself. Probably stay here again for one night if the price was right. As a day trip, we went to Bingling Si. Take Metro to QiLiHe station on line 1. Walk east past KFC, take the 2nd pedestrian overpass, turn right then left after the touts near the public toilets. This is the Lanzhou West Bus Station. We caught the 9am bus for 23 yuan cash only and only available on the day. At the other end, organised a car for 4 people for 320 yuan. Last bus back at 5:30. It will leave earlier if full. Near QiLiHe station, great coffee place at 76 Jian Gong Xi Jie. Back from the bus station, past KFC, past Metro, left into Jian Gong Xi Jie. Try the 'dirty coffee '

房間會給升級，景觀房很不錯，轉角房型。房間裏有加濕，這裏晚上非常的幹，也有潤膚露和睡眠噴霧。酒店離地鐵站很近，去哪裡很方便。

有幸體驗了一下蘭州本地連鎖蘭莓的5鑽店，整體感受下來感覺到了酒店在儘可能的節省成本，作為5鑽豪華真是讓人一言難盡。
1，酒店客房居然在使用水洗複用拖鞋，這是我在經濟酒店才看到的用品。
2，洗浴用品更是誇張，品牌先不説高不高級，居然在豪華型酒店見到了未封口的罐裝洗浴用品，且瓶身黏膩，非常不適。
3，豪華型房間居然沒有配備小冰箱minibar，衹放兩瓶礦泉水供客人使用。。
4，客房面積小，天花板吊頂低矮，房間設計又過於花哨，整體氛圍很壓抑。機器人送物距離房門超過1米。
5，衞生細節不到位，圓桌上明顯的食物**，衞生間地面煙灰等等。
6，早餐減配到連全季都不如，水果區西餐區啥都沒有，幸虧有碗牛肉麪，不然都不知道吃什麼。
7，wifi密碼也很搞笑，居然貼在禁止吸煙牌背後，密碼明顯是電信的默認密碼，一堆亂七八糟的數字，有做貼紙的功夫不如把密碼改統一了。
還有很多不想寫了，我是慕名來的，結果卻大失所望，給予一個差評是希望酒店管理者可以看到，希望在節省成本的同時，儘可能保證對客的酒店品質。

一直想給個出色的評價但沒有機會，已經住了好幾次了，以前的西蘭大酒店改造再升級，我人生中第一次去的旋轉餐廳就是這裏，已經都二十幾年了吧！落地自動窗簾，智能馬桶，温馨的房間燈效觀影非常好，再配上傾心的服務，無論是前台或者房間服務員都非常美好，特別是房間智能鏡子更是我的最愛，洗護用品也很好用，早餐有牛肉麪灰豆湯更顯蘭州特色！下午茶還沒時間試過，你們可以去體會！絕對是來蘭州首選酒店，關鍵是價格也親民，而且離地鐵口幾十米！你們值得擁有！難得有一家酒店讓我好評的如此理直氣壯！
