Must give this hotel full marks! From the beginning of booking, the customer service patiently answered all kinds of questions. When checking in, the front desk lady had a great service attitude and sent us fruit yogurt and disposable slippers. The room is fully equipped with toiletries and bathing suits, and the toilet seat is very clean. The breakfast is also great, delicious, with a lot of variety. 前台的服務超出預料，特別是到酒店的那一刻，小任的服務特別贊，感覺好像回到家一樣。她的微笑能消除疲憊。：） 住了3晚，唯一希望可以提升的是早餐和餐廳服務員。我們第二和第三天的早上得8點集合到丹霞和石林，但是酒店早餐7：30才開始，肯定來不及的。於是便早一天和前台商量，希望餐廳可以給我們打包一些雞蛋麪包什麼的，帶在路上吃。前台説沒有這樣的服務。那我們折中問餐廳能不能提早個15分鐘讓我們進去？我們到時有什麼便吃什麼，衹需填飽肚子。前台説可以。 隔天早上我們7：15到餐廳，餐廳服務員把我們轟出來，説還沒開呢！我們解釋説已經得到前台的答應了，有什麼便吃什麼。其實，那時已經有很多食物已經擺在台上了。我們説我們不會干擾他們的工作的。實在是因為趕時間，而且剛到，也不知道能去哪買早餐。後來該大姐勉為其難的讓我們拿了炒麪和雞蛋吃。説實在的，炒麪好好吃，鹹度適中有鍋氣。我看到一個大哥從裏面出來，應該是廚師，想告訴他炒麪好好吃，但是他的撲克臉卻讓我覺得我們是來蹭飯的,或是來給他添麻煩的！ 隔天的早餐是蛋炒飯，個人覺得沒有炒麪好吃。 以為第三天可以吃到炒麪了，結果還是蛋炒飯。 個人希望餐廳員工可以友善點，多微笑，像前台。畢竟與客人接觸嘛！ 哦，對了，請跟廚師大哥説，來自大馬的朋友贊他的炒麪好吃！還有酒店的歡迎果盤也很贊。謝謝你們。加油。

來蘭州出差，這次選美豪酒店真的選對啦！ 一進大堂，環境寬敞明亮，裝修精緻又大氣，柔和的燈光搭配時尚的裝飾，氛圍感拉滿，讓人一下就放鬆下來。前台工作人員熱情又專業，辦理入住速度超快，還貼心地介紹了周邊好玩的地方和酒店設施。酒店的設施超齊全，有微波爐，想加熱食物也很方便。洗衣房配備了洗衣機，對於我這種長時間在外的旅客太實用了，洗完直接掛在一旁就能晾乾。房間更是乾淨整潔，沒有一點衞生死角，床品柔軟舒適，衞生間也沒有異味，洗漱用品質量也很好。 住在這裏，感覺就像在家一樣舒適，下次來還住這，也會推薦給朋友們！ 自助下午茶:約三五好友打卡不錯的吆 應季歡迎小果盤:新鮮，好吃😋
