Due to frequent business trips for work, this stay was very bad and even caused me personal physical harm. The entrance of the hotel is in the backyard of a building, and it shares an elevator with 3-4 hotels. I checked in at the front desk and used the front desk coffee machine, but the coffee that came out didn't taste like coffee at all; there was basically no hot water in the hotel. I tried the water temperature at night and it was too cold to take a shower. I thought I would take a shower the next day, but there was still no hot water; I was working in the guest room at night and sat on the guest room chair and my butt was pierced by the screws in the chair. Because I was afraid of a bad impact on the hotel, I quietly called the waiter, and the hotel staff immediately brought me a band-aid. The employee who delivered the band-aid couldn't help laughing. Because there was no repairman, the waiter moved the chair away and said he would give me an explanation the next day. When I checked out the next day, the front desk said they would give me an explanation today. As a result, they didn't contact me until noon after I contacted Ctrip customer service. The solution they gave was to refund me one day's room fee. There was no way for me to get a butt injury, so they could only give me a hotel gold card membership as compensation, and a discount of 10-20 yuan next time. I didn't accept this compensation, after all, my butt was injured. The manager said he would give me a reply after reporting to the leader, but there was no news from him. As a Ctrip Diamond member, this is the first time I've encountered this hotel's situation. I'm very surprised that the hotel didn't take the initiative to resolve the hotel's management issues after a customer was injured, and that they didn't even have an explanation for the injured customer.
