這個酒店特噁心，不知情的情況下竟然惡意開門，我當時正在洗澡，打開門進來了，太嚇人了，嚇到快哭，而且衞生特別臟，床上有尿漬，黃色斑點，，屋裡一股難聞的怪味。超級噁心，前台態度很差，很差，給她送為什麼沒退房就有人進去開房門直接不搭理，房間裏感覺有不該有的，住着很壓抑，一整夜不敢睡，是藏族風格，對於我們普通人來説。選擇的時候一定要慎重！！！房間很差！和圖片差距太大！！！！

環境優美，地理位置好，房間舒適衞生，服務人員很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助，酒店房間的熱水比較大，洗澡的時候比較舒適，酒店位置位於市中心地段，外出購物非常的方便，酒店的大堂裝修豪華藏式風格，進去以後給客人的視野非常開闊，同時前台人員辦入住快，感覺特別熱情，是一個值得推薦的酒店

酒店從外面看金碧輝煌的，很高級的樣子，裏面是偏藏族信仰的吧，有一些藏族文化。
但是房間內部的話其實比較小，比想象中的小了很多，但是設施啊什麼的都還是不錯的。

位置很好離各個景點很近，附近的南關風味民族一條街和正寧路都是吃貨的選擇。有免費的停車場服務也是超級好。對面巷子裏的牛肉麪真的是吃到最正宗的一家下次來蘭州首選

房間很漂亮，金碧輝煌的，大家都説回家後打麻將會**錢，哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈～～～這家酒店有自己的停車場、觀光電梯，還有態度非常好的服務人員，周邊就餐也很方便，是出行蘭州非常不錯的選擇。

服務非常查，床單被套都沒有換，頭髮到處都是，門口停車沒人管，還不説清楚就給亂指路，繞了幾圈還是沒有找到停車的地方，又繞回來還沒有人解決，要退房，才給幫忙解決問題，早餐更不用提了，極差，7點～9點的早餐，8點去吃就啥都沒有了，還一本正經的説就是沒有了，一點點服務意識都沒有，唯一可以的就是上夜班的哪個男孩子給我們換床單被套服務還挺好的，大半夜我們也不想麻煩酒店，主要是沒辦法睡，衞生太差了…
