酒店位於蘭州新區大學城商業街，交通便利，很方便，進入酒店大堂，我就感受到了酒店的專業與熱情。前台服務非常周到，辦理入住速度快，讓人感受到了賓至如歸的温暖。客房更是無可挑剔，乾淨、明亮、寬敞，衞生細節做得非常到位，棒棒噠！
酒店設施也非常齊全，洗衣房、免費停車場、免費客房WiFi等一應俱全，給商務出差的人們帶來了極大的便利。
前台服務態度也非常好，看到我都會親切地問候打招呼，讓人感到非常温馨。

深夜十二點從銀川開到酒店，進門兒被告知明天九點要裝修，會吵。我整整提前了一天預訂酒店，問前台為什麼不打電話提前告知，前台的原話：你們沒打電話問啊。真厲害，就是説我訂完酒店必須再打個電話問問樓上有沒有在裝修是麼，那我以後是不是也得問問樓上有沒有漏水？這是客人該主動詢問的麼我請問？倆前台一個比一個呆，我説這麼晚到店肯定明天九點在睡覺，讓給個解決方案，前台原話：可以直接退房，隔壁酒店可以住。
我説能不能儘量安排離裝修樓遠一點兒，前台説沒用，她住二十樓都能聽見，八樓還是九樓裝修，結果給我們安排在三樓。
凌晨十二點，因為酒店的問題讓我退房，你們沒任何損失。但如果是顧客的問題十二點退房，你們就會以過了晚上六點為由不退，真的挺好笑的。星程啊，從沒見過這種情況，真是長見識。
酒店很新，新到全是甲醛味兒，被子是潮的，三人間衹給兩雙拖鞋等等。
現在在旅行中沒時間繼續投訴，等行程結束的吧，大晚上一路趕過去被這麼對待，你們真挺***的。

住的很舒服，很舒適。交通很便利，出行非常方便，有免費的停車場，周邊吃飯也非常方便。酒店性價比超高，物美價廉，環境舒適，這麼好的酒店，非常好！服務好，特別細緻，特別貼心，特別周到，非常熱情。衞生乾淨。房間通風好，很寬敞，住的舒服。交通方便，出行非常方便！

酒店服務更是無可挑剔，前台熱情專業，辦理入住高效。工作人員隨叫隨到，有求必應，貼心滿足各種需求。衞生狀況一塵不染，從床單被罩到浴室角落，處處乾淨整潔。周邊交通便利，臨近熱門景點與商業中心。

酒店所處的地理位置十分優越，交通非常便利。距離最近的車站步行僅需10分鐘左右，周邊還有多條公交線路站點，無論是前往熱門景點還是去商圈購物、就餐都能輕鬆抵達。而且附近就有便利店和葯店等，日常採購一些生活用品也很方便，這一點真的為旅行省去了不少麻煩。
