初到蘭州，這座一直被我當做過路站的城市便以意想不到的温柔拂去我的忐忑。在高鐵站打了車，由於導航定位與實物參照物的錯位，我提前給司機打去了電話，但手機裏機械的機器人聲音讓我很是迷茫，衹好無奈掛斷，好在今天莫名的耐心。車到，落座後排後習慣性的説了手機尾號，沒有迴應，抬頭髮現司機微笑着示意我看手機屏幕，這才恍然驚覺方才通話的真相🥹🥹師傅屏幕裏提前輸入好的"請繫好安全帶"泛着暖暖的光。我笨拙地用手語比劃著臨時惡補的"謝謝你"，他眼角的笑紋便層層漾開，指了指座位前的提示牌。我這才細細觀察，車內貼滿了温馨的指引，連後排都加裝了專屬後視鏡，普通網約車相形見絀的整潔裏，藏着無聲司機對乘客十二分的周全。[可憐]入住的酒店同樣延續着這份西北特有的淳厚。因為在攜程衹訂了一晚，我告知要續住兩天後，貼心的讓我對比平台價格，最後便宜了一點。之後改為我送來了飲料。這座黃河穿城而過的城市，把關懷織進每個細節裏。蘭州用她寬厚的手掌，託住了所有忐忑的初見。我們甘肅真的很棒！歡迎大家來玩[耶][耶][耶]

酒店前台小姐姐服務熱情，很貼心，房間整潔乾淨，房間智能化。有問題及時反饋解決，態度很好。有免費停車場，有免費的自助洗衣房，贈送早餐，對小孩子很友好，帶小孩有專門的小童牙刷和拖鞋，我們人多還給我們多贈送了礦泉水，小細節很多，很感動。離醫院很近，很方便。平時也不怎麼寫好評，但是這家服務真心不錯。

房間乾淨舒適，服務熱情，一家人住的，連小朋友都考慮到了，真的很貼心，酒店工作人員會提前聯繫我們 給我們預留停車場 知道我們帶了小孩 貼心的送了一袋小零食 我們是來醫院做檢查的 特意給我們安排了 安靜的房間晚上休息得非常好，房間非常的温馨 房間也很乾凈 酒店還有機器人 因為孩子特別喜歡酒店機器人 給酒店工作人員打電話 送礦泉水和拖鞋 就是想看看機器人 非常棒太智能了 房間裏面還有智能語音助手小度 關燈開燈 關電視 都在喊小度 非常棒 房間裏面的床非常柔軟舒適 很安逸 前台的工作人員每一個 服務都非常好 前台的小姐姐 給我們還贈送了早餐 早餐的種類非常豐富 重點是 酒店早上可以吃到麪條 還給我老公加了好多肉 熱菜區有個炒雞塊 絕絕子 如家酒店真的是 服務太好了 每個人都會主動問好 從我住店到結束 真的是感覺太棒了主要停車場大還免費，因為我臨時有事 車在停車場放着 前台都説沒事 讓我們出車 去跟他們説一聲就行 總之就是棒棒棒 非常好

這次入住安寧省中心醫院如家酒店，體驗超棒。酒店位置在醫院對面很便利。一進酒店，前台工作人員態度熱情親切，辦理入住快捷高效。客房乾淨整潔，空間利用得當。床鋪十分柔軟舒適，躺上去所有疲累及壓力似乎都被驅散了，房內設施也都正常好用，像空調、電視等都沒有任何故障，燈光設計也恰到好處，無論是工作還是休息，光線都令人舒適。衞生情況很值得稱道，從房間角落到公共區域，看不到一絲灰塵臟物。而且酒店工作人員總是輕聲細語、禮貌有加，服務非常周到。酒店內設有洗衣房 很便利 酒店的停車場非常大 並且免費停車 有一次我詢問附近的打印店，前台工作人員不但詳細解答，還手繪簡易地圖給我，這種貼心務實的服務實在令人暖心。總之，在如家酒店的這次入住，讓我享受到了温馨舒適的服務與環境。

環境分給到五分，裝修非常有品位，前台給我們安排的房間，背靠小區，晚上十分安靜，給我們提供一個很安靜的休息空間，房間的朝向很好，距離奧體中心 黃河樓和省科技館都非常近 真心推薦來蘭州的朋友

是我住過同檔位安全性和舒適度都最差的酒店，建議關門培訓一下員工再開吧。
先是隔音巨差，舟車勞頓晚上八點已經困到要入睡，但是門外來來往往感覺有一萬個人不停的走路説話，小孩大聲尖叫，大人大聲聊天。講話內容屋內清晰可見，吵的我無法入睡。既然客人素質屬於不可控因素，那就衹能是酒店客房隔音恐怖。
第二個也是最噁心我的一點，睡得早所以醒得早5點起來洗了個澡，發現吹風機不太好用，跟前台打電話要了一個。然後是一個年紀偏大的男性工作人員送上來的，我本來不想開門，本着多一事不如少一事開門之後他那個上下探究的眼神着實噁心到我了。
到這裏我知道酒店肯定要解釋當天沒有女性工作人員值班這樣那樣，很抱歉各種。不好意思，你家有機器人我很清楚。前天晚上外賣就是機器人送，今天凌晨吹風機得***來送是吧，還在已知客人性別為女的前提下，令人極度不適。
同檔位的漢庭全季就沒這麼拉，開連鎖拿不出連鎖的服務水平你如家也衹能靠那點子價格差把人騙進來殺。
最後，趕飛機沒空吃早點問能不能打包，服務人員非常傲慢地告訴我他們這裏不允許打包，在我要求之下甩給我兩個破塑料袋子。但他家早點根全季比起來實在是太差勁了，轉了兩圈拿了兩個包子還是冷的。
如果下次被迫還得來蘭我一定選擇隔壁希爾頓，為了我的人生安全和入住體驗。
