The front desk books a car. The room is relatively clean, and the breakfast is relatively simple and full. Disadvantages: The luggage is placed in the aisle when picking up and dropping off the airport, which is particularly unsafe. Even if the luggage is not full, it will be placed in the aisle. I hope it will attract attention. Also, it was scheduled to depart at 8:30 when we dropped off the airport. The front desk told us to sit on the sofa and call us when the time came. As a result, there was no movement at 8:30. After asking, we called the driver to start the car. The car was dispatched at 8:32. After driving for two minutes, the front desk called the driver to pick up a late guest. It wasted the time of the whole car and went back to the hotel to pick up the guest without asking for everyone’s opinions. This operation is also incomprehensible. What about time cost? If the hotel wants to do a good job of service, it should count the number of people registered before departure, and call to inform those who didn’t show up.

Hotel is 15 min from the airport, which is far from the city center. Stayed for one night for a short layover. Room was clean and new. Phone data connection the was very very weak in the area, although wifi was very good. Service was superb, as the front desk lady kindly arranged takeaway breakfast and suggested time to leave for the airport.

The room is great, although this time we had an issue with the morning to the airport service. We arrived on time at 6:20am and there was no room in the shuttle that was scheduled. It’s very stressful to wake up early and make sure you don’t miss a flight, and they clearly overbooked the shuttle, even though we specifically arranged this the night before. A rude family pushed past us too and the hotel staff didn’t really communicate what was going on. I appreciate the hospitality during the stay, but guests shouldn’t have to worry about missing a flight from rude other guests and miss-counted shuttles.
