Completely better than expected. Everything is consistent with the description and pictures when booking, or even better. Just to give two examples: the king bed is 2 meters wide and the mattress is on the hard side (which is my favorite, I don't like soft mattresses). Breakfast surprise. It's not a buffet, the chef cooks on the spot and the food starts after you take your seat. The famous Lanzhou ramen contains a lot of beef. The room is great, although this time we had an issue with the morning to the airport service. We arrived on time at 6:20am and there was no room in the shuttle that was scheduled. It’s very stressful to wake up early and make sure you don’t miss a flight, and they clearly overbooked the shuttle, even though we specifically arranged this the night before. A rude family pushed past us too and the hotel staff didn’t really communicate what was going on. I appreciate the hospitality during the stay, but guests shouldn’t have to worry about missing a flight from rude other guests and miss-counted shuttles.

Last week, I caught an early flight and transited in Lanzhou. I chose this newly opened Min'an International Hotel blindly. The whole process from landing to check-in was smooth - the pick-up driver was very enthusiastic on the way 1️⃣ The pick-up call to the hotel was faster than the Ctrip message 2️⃣ Although the hotel is very close to the airport, the sound insulation is unexpectedly good 3️⃣ It is a new hotel, and the hygiene is relatively good. There is a smart toilet, but the room is a bit small, and only one person can pass between the end of the bed and the wall. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic. When I sent her to the airport in the morning, I didn't have time to eat breakfast. The lady also asked if I should bring some, mainly because I was in a hurry, but fortunately I didn't miss the flight
