新開業的酒店，房間乾淨整潔，枕頭特別舒服，值得推薦。服務態度很好，衞生乾淨整潔，很好的入住體驗，推薦入住。房間很新，環境很好很安靜，停車方便，服務熱情，下次來老河口還會選擇入住星程酒店。停車很方便，關鍵還免費，前台妹妹服務態度也很好，很滿意。酒店前台很熱情，辦理入住的時候主動奉茶，服務很到位，點贊。酒店配套設施完善，入住滿意舒適，下次出差還住這，五星好評。小姐姐非常熱情的都做了迴應，登記入住和離開全程笑臉相迎，客房阿姨也很熱情，太棒啦!下次還會再次選擇入住!

服務熱情周到，環境非常温馨，健身房的跑步機非常好用!洗衣房的洪幹機非常好使，房間乾淨，舒適，酒店提供的茶水也非常好!酒店給人的整體感覺真的做的非常棒!讓我出門在外感受到了温暖。感覺這家店的老闆真的用心了!下次一定還會再來。

酒店就在老河口漢江商業廣場河邊上，吃飯和外出都很方便，而且距離武商也很近，還能到漢江邊上散步看風景，酒店整體真的不錯，房間衞生也乾淨，被子也很舒服，酒店員工的工作態度很贊。

整體比較滿意，服務也不錯，早餐也可以的，洗衣房的設備很不錯。在這個小城市算不錯的，下次還會再入住。可能因為剛開業沖涼水忽冷忽熱，走廊有一些裝修味道。

房間不錯，一家人過來洗個澡洗洗衣服，能免費洗還能烘乾。洗了衣服後就出去玩了，跟前台説了一聲讓幫忙烘乾，回來後就給疊好裝起來了。這個床墊要誇一下，睡的蠻舒服唻

優點：服務態度好
缺點：淋浴間水温不穩定，時涼時熱；智能馬桶雞肋，下水慢；窗户對着過道牆面，跟無窗沒區別，只有一張房卡，家庭使用不方便，建議每個房間配兩張；沒有淋浴間拖鞋。
