Hotel Sempati

Stay from August 16 to August 23, 2022 with my daughter at the Sempati hotel. Hotel - at 4 a.m. after arriving, we got a room but it was full of tourists, i.e. occupied. In order to put us somewhere, we were given a stinking room in a supposedly bungalow (the deal was a room with a sea view and a balcony), with a broken toilet, and when you open the door, sometimes it's better to be in the trash. Food - why is there no information that there is nothing to eat, that there is no food for Europeans (1/2 of the hotel are Poles). Stale food for breakfast every day: beans in mush, dog sausages and eggs. Dinners: ground meat from what was left in the morning, sometimes some burnt vegetables. And of course, the constant lack of coffee, milk, water, sugar and dirty cutlery. Why is there no information in your description about cats walking on tables, deckchairs, the canteen when there is food and that the cat's litter box is a flower pot. Moreover, there is no information about the wonderful cleaning of the rooms, one mop and the same water covered two floors, and the towel on the floor was a used towel intended for washing and it was taken on the floor. Resident Barbara "very helpful". Unfortunately, my daughter needed medical help, she contracted bacteria, despite taking precautions, she said that she could only call a doctor privately and would not go with her daughter to the hospital to translate (unfortunately, not everyone speaks English, especially Turkish). It is best to sell only the tour. To get my daughter back on her feet, I had to incur huge costs myself. Have you seen the beach since you describe it so wonderfully: Descent - none Crystal water - none deckchairs - none Beach - garbage dump. I would like to invite you to Camellot beach, maybe that's where the description comes from. And here again we incur the costs of traveling to a normal beach. I know this isn't the only complaint from my stay. In my opinion, this is not a 3-star hotel, it doesn't even deserve 2.
