Terrible Greedy Hotel. I prebooked and prepaid for five days. However, due to some complications i could not check in until the third day. I notified the hotel. when i arrived the hotel had rented out my rooms and no refund. This spoiled my vacation. i don't recommend this hotel.

It's nice for Japanese people to have a bathtub
I had to print the documents in a hurry, so I went to a nearby print shop, but when it was so crowded that I gave up, the front desk of the hotel printed it for free, which was very helpful.
However, because it is along the bypass, the roads nearby are insanely congested in the morning and evening.
Taxi can be caught there as there is Gaisano Mall across the pedestrian bridge

Dulcinea hotel isn't much to look at outside. But that's not why you stay. Inside the rooms and the lobby is the picture of comfort at a very reasonable price. The decor is plush yet tasteful, and the bed is so comfortable that a great night sleep is easy. All this and it's only 5 minutes from Cebu Maktan airport.
