3-Star Hotels in Lapu-Lapu City

Very clean place. Door men and hotel staff were extremely helpful and kind. Girl at check in was hard to communicate with, but got checked in ok. Room was very small, with small window. Food was good but portions changed every order. Breakfast buffet is good if you want cold eggs and typical Philippine selection. Thank God for the toast and watermelon.

WOW! Rackie,the Front office manager was very hospitable,friendly and very welcoming to us as guests..Bilmor the bellman was| very helpful and Lovely, the OJT Reception was very accommodating.This place is a GEM. All the staff are very Welcoming, they make you feel at home away from home. EXCELLENT Service. Very Highly Recommended this place. The BEST place We ever stayed of all the Hotels and Resorts.

It is a new open hotel, so there is no information and I leave a review. Once the rooms and bathrooms are very clean and the staff are very friendly. But the location is 2-4 of the usual rate even if you call a taxi If you don't pay the ship, the call taxi will not come to the hotel. The situation is similar even if the grab is not often done to Cebu City, it would not be a big problem

Rented a villa, got lit up by the electricity being wired backwards in 75%+ of the outlets. (Villa 27?) Staff was awesome. Place is a bit dated and needs to be modernized. Pool is okay but needs work. Breakfast was cooked to order and was great. Room service was excellent and portions were large. Seems no one visits here in the rainy season and that's a shame.

Very good location for access to airport with a free shuttle bus service. Clean and tidy very good quality for the price. Plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance

Free pick up and send off to the airport. I appreciate how responsive they are through email, I had a last-minute request for pickup and never hesitate to take in my request. Room was very clean and comfy. Pleasant staff very proactive. Breakfast was decent selection with egg station❤️. Will book this place again in the future. Will recommend to friends and family.

I love this hotel, it's a close walking distance to the malls, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. This hotel also offers free airport transfers not to mention that they are also 10 minutes away from Mactan Cebu International Airport. This hotel can easily accommodate a large group. When we stayed there we stayed at a Family Room/Barkada Room good for 8 persons. Their bunk beds are equipped with safe deposiit box for each of the occupants. I highly recommend this hotel especially if you want to be close to the airport. Thanks Felicity Island Hotel! We had an amazing weekend getaway in Palm Beach Resort. Location was ok. It wasnt the best location BUT it has a 711 just across the road and the hotel has a nice store in their lobby that sells snacks, drinks, swimsuits, swimming things, etc on a very reasonable price. We originally booked a standard room but upon checking in, they upgraded us to a deluxe room which i was so grateful for. It was a nice, big room. It has a small balcony, tv with cable, split type aircon, 1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 sofa, mini fridge, mini kitchen area (no utensils though just sink and electric kettle), and bathroom. The room itself was so nice however, the bathroom could have been thought better. Water pressure isnt that great especially if theres a lot of guests in the hotel. Im just a bit sad they didnt clean our room for the 3 days we stayed. Also, next door resorts might kinda be loud at night or during mornings. The amenities were beautiful. They have 4 swimming pools: a small 2ft pool and 3 good sized pool thats 1x 4ft and 2x 5ft deep. Everywhere you go in their beach area has places to sit on. They have a small restaurant, a mini chapel, a small game room (billiards, foosball, and sungka), and my favorite: kid’s play area with slides and playhouse. Its a small resort but amenities were well thought of. They also have access to the sea. No beach though but stairs going to the sea water only. The staff were nice. Very kind and accomodating. Price per room is super duper worth it!! With how big the room is and amenities you and your kids can enjoy, its really great! As long as you are not that picky, then this resort is good for you. Overall, we had a good time. My kids has a wonderful time. Will we stay here again? Why not. It sure is a nice resort. I booked a ”studio” front desk informed me that all studios face the main road (could be very noisy?),luckily I was let to a superior room (facing the back, and they are quiet). Then, next day, I moved to premium (back building, super quiet but floor 2 rooms are way too small, better ”insist” on either ground or 3rd floor). The biggest dsappointment for me was (expecting to make heavy use of..) the swimming pool: So tiny and so shallow! when there definitely is ample space for a more serious pool (the one they have is borderline a ”joke”). Buffet breakfast is fine (even good, by filipino standards).

I rented two additional bath towels for 200 pesos, and the cleaning fee for the slightly stained sheets from menstruation was 150 pesos. When I checked out early in the morning, the doorman was friendly enough to stop a taxi for me and even negotiate the fare for me.
