Beautiful cottage with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Only 25 minutes from Amsterdam and Utrecht and in the heart of ‘het Gooi’ within walking distance of the center of Laren. The courage has a spacious living / dining room downstairs, a kitchen and a study room. Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. The cottage has its own and beautifully landscaped garden with various seating areas and (in summer) a barbecue.The cottage was built in 1895 and is beautifully decorated while maintaining original details. At the beginning of the turn of the century the writer Louis Couperus lived on the domain for 2 years. There is fast WiFI available and in the living room you have access to a 55 "smart TV, including Sonos system. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a Nespresso machine.
