Amazing views, great service, lovely place!
Absolutely incredible place to stay. We mainly spoke with Daniel and he provided top notch service. He made my girlfriend and I feel very welcome and was more than happy to answer my questions and give recommendations. The hotel itself is stunning. The front common area has huge fireplace and a lot of windows which gives a great view of the mountains. The breakfast that was included was wonderful too. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone considering staying.

Our stay couldn’t have been better. The food for breakfast as well as the dinner menu is all incredible and the staff was so kind: we had some early morning tour departures and they made us little packed breakfasts each morning. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, with a small little ***** of dining and stores about a 15 minute walk away

No acostumbro a escribir reviews en Trip Advisor. Pero esta la hago porque me parece necesario para que otros no terminen eligiendo este lugar. En primer lugar, este no es un hotel boutique. Lo único destacable es la vista a las montañas, el resto muy mal. Las habitaciones pequeñas y muy básicas. Incluso nos pasó que una de las camas ni siquiera estaba hecha. Las habitaciones no tenían lo básico de un hotel boutique, como botellitas de shampoo o loción y ni siquiera había repuesto de papel higiénico. Llegamos a las 3.30 pm. y el restaurante y bar no abrió hasta las 7 pm. Es decir el restaurante funciona solo 3 horas para la cena. La carta de comida y cocktails muy básica. La única persona que atendía en todo el lugar tenía muy mal trato y disposición. Por ejemplo, cuando llegamos no sabíamos donde estacionar, le hicimos señales para que nos ayudará y aunque nos veía desde recepción no salió. Cuanto entramos a recepción le preguntamos si estábamos bien estacionadas nos respondió de muy mal modo y con desidia que no y nos dijo que teníamos que mover el auto (lo cual no era problema, el problema era su forma de tratarnos). Cuando nos sentamos a comer le preguntamos que plato recomendaba y nos dijo textual “me carga la comida chilena, así es que no sé”. Y así una seguidilla de situaciones que realmente hicieron que esta fuera la primera y ultima vez de elegir este lugar en Santiago.

Pésima experiencia!!!! Limpieza deficiente, el agua de la ducha salió fría (la solución que nos dieron fue ducharnos en otra habitación), nos cobraron 2 veces, el camino para ingresar estaba en mal estado, y una de las personas que nos atendió tenía pésima disposición. Volvieron una experiencia que se supone que debía ser relajante en algo desagradable. No se lo recomiendo a nadie.

Precioso hotel boutique. Logras conectar con la naturaleza y la tranquilidad en plena ciudad. La piscina súper linda y los espacios comunes bastante cómodos. Simple y elegante, muy recomendable para ir en pareja o con amigas. El restaurant ofrece comidas sencillas, si se busca algo más elaborado, en los alrededores hay más opciones.
