Unfortunately, the front desk service at The Place is very disappointing. The staff is not properly trained to handle day-to-day situations and lacks professionalism. Their only concern seems to be charging or blocking credit arbitrarily, without even consulting the guest. This lack of judgment and service creates a really negative experience. I would not recommend it.

Terrible place, the staff does not know about customer service and once you make the reservation they stop responding or trying to solve the issues they create. I saw they have good reviews, but when you are on the first floor can hear some of the guess complaining and they ignore them. I wonder if they write good reviews to themselves.

We stayed at The Place for three nights as a stop over before moving on to Mendoza. The location is excellent. Far enough away from hustle and bustle of city centre but walking distance to subway, public transport, supermarket and shopping mall. The staff are excellent, especially Daniel, Darlyn and Tatiana on front desk and John in restaurant. The rooms are excellent, clean, spacious (we had cooking facilities) with coffee machine. Very comfy beds. Breakfast was included in our booking and it was more than enough and excellent choice. We did a walking tour while we were there which I can recommend. The subways are very easy to navigate. We took a shared mini cab from the airport which went round the houses as you would expect but about $10 cheaper. Depends on how tired you are but next time we would probably take a taxi direct. We left the hotel to catch bus from the terminal to Mendoza and the staff kindly arranged transport for us as it is not an easy find by public transport. Would definitely recommend The Place for your stay in Santiago.

The hotel is absolutely wonderful. Excellent location. Near of the metro station. Hug and comfortable rooms with a small kitchen inside. Healthy and delicious food in its restaurant. Beautiful terrace. Perfect for the summer. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

A thing that I really enjoy about aparthotels is their spacious rooms and nice and homey ambiance and The Place meet expectations. Well located in a safe and connected neighborhood, is pefect for business travelers who enjoy home massages. I had the pleasure to visit their facilities a couple of times to deliver four hands massage and always was easy to get there and set our home experience. Recommended

The hotel was so comfortable and beyond my expectations. It was a great stay and the staff were very friendly. Most important the apartments were very clean. Also the environment was very nice. Location was perfect and near to everything. I will definitely come back for sure!

It is located in mixed Residential and commercial neighborhood. Occasional excessive noise during the night hours due to unusual next building’s perhaps created by young crowds. I actually didn’t know about it. But one associate was kept awake during sleeping hours by on-going yelling conversations. That could be a downside

Ambiente - aconchegante; Disposição do apartamento - espaçoso; Limpeza - ok Conforto - ótimo Localização - ótima Segurança - ok Café da manhã - ótimo Pontos de atenção: A varanda não é totalmente privada (nos quartos térreos), pois existe acesso entre os apartamentos às varandas de cada um deles, mas possui câmeras direcionadas para os acessos; O Wi-Fi do meu quarto não funcionada e a conexão dos outros apartamentos (que me foi oferecido pela recepção) era fraca
