Superb hotel. The rooms have recently been refurbished and completed to a high specification. Service was superb and the hotel is located in a prime location. Would highly recommend staying.

It is not a place where you can catch public transportation right away.
The outdoor pool is not heated, so the water is very cold at the moment, so I couldn't swim.
However, the gym facilities were good.
Simple fruits and water were provided.
In particular, water and carbonated water were continuously supplied, so I enjoyed them without any shortage.
There was a problem with the shower room, but they changed the room and even gave me wine as a gift, so I was impressed by the service once again!

The hotel is so beautiful and clean. Staff is very kind and welcoming. The spa is amazing you have a complimentary hour per day to enjoy it and other treatments are available for a reasonable price.
The swimming pool is in the rooftop, is quite small but not many people is there. The restaurant on the top is superb, a bit overpriced but the food quality is excellent. Breakfast worth it.

The hotel in Chile is generally catering, but it is very close to the shopping center Costanera center. There are also high-end restaurants nearby. It is very convenient to eat and shop. It is also a 5-minute walk from the subway station Tobalaba. The location is very good.

The location of the apartment is very good, but the internal environment of the apartment is average, simple business trips are relatively cheap and affordable. There are many delicious restaurants nearby that are very delicious!

The lady at the front desk was nice and enthusiastic, and she even upgraded me to a penthouse suite. But the breakfast was a bit bad. It is very good to live in this area at this price.

The only drawback was that the service described airport pick-up and shuttle bus, but in reality there was no such service. It was my first time in Chile and I encountered some trouble in this regard, so I had to call an airport taxi myself.

GGuest UserThere was a disjoint between the restaurant and hotel. System needs improvement. No wardrobe in room surprised me. Good beds. Room in average condition. It took 25 minutes to check out (no waiting that’s simply the time it took for what should have been a simple admin procedure). People are very nice they just need improved operating processes.

The room is very very small. The so-called twin room is a large bed ”cut apart”. Be careful when booking a twin room.

GGuest User酒店的位置位於金融新區，是屬於安全的區域。交通也挺方便，下樓就有地鐵，從機場過去，出租車大概不到30分鐘。房間大小兩個人住很合適，有一個不小的陽台可以在外面看風景。樓上還有個洗衣房，也很方便，需要投幣或者是掃碼付款。樓下就有小超市，便利店，還有早餐廳，紅帽子披薩，總之很方便。唯一要説明的一點是前台非常不好找。在2樓出電梯右邊走廊的最端頭那個房間裏，注意房間的門還是關着的。我們是上下了幾次，最後請門房的人帶上去的。
