This hotel stay was arranged by Silversea following a cruise from Guayaquil to Valparaiso, with return flights from Santiago. Our room was comfortable; food, wines and service in the restaurant were generally excellent. We had a late-evening flight out of Santiago, so the hotel folks graciously let us stay in our room until 3:00 p.m. If back in Santiago, we'll definitely consider staying here again.

The stolen hotel money should be an interruption to the health of the aunt. The front desk manager is a gentleman. After communicating with the hotel many times, the hotel is still in charge of the hotel. Responsible for the lost money was returned to us during the communication. Speaking Western languages during the communication almost improved my oral communication ability.

I want start by saying this hotel is beautiful and is worth visiting for the rooftop bar and the chic style. I quarantined here for 5 days in April. The rooms were clean and food was mostly good. The staff wasn’t very welcoming at first. I was exhausted and overwhelmed with everything that was going on with the pandemic. You would think they would be kind and try to get you into a room. I had a paid reservation here for at least 5 hours before I arrived. This was a last minute thing for every traveller that day. The staff member on duty waited about 3 hours to finally assign us a room. The excuse was that the reservation didn’t come through yet, which made no sense. I see people going through the same thing as us checked in already. I didn’t understand the concept of making a paying customer wait in the lobby for hours. He should have checked us right in and took care of it then, everyone would have been happy. At check out I gave my cc details once again and they handed me my deposit back. Later on that week everyday Im getting emails from the same staff member claiming it wasn’t paid. I had no idea what was going on. I also sent them a bank transfer after the fact since there cc machine wasn’t taking our credit cards. Which wasn’t our fault! They need to communicate better and accommodate guests better.

There was a disjoint between the restaurant and hotel. System needs improvement. No wardrobe in room surprised me. Good beds. Room in average condition. It took 25 minutes to check out (no waiting that’s simply the time it took for what should have been a simple admin procedure). People are very nice they just need improved operating processes.

Good morning, first of all, I would like say good things about the Doubletree Hilton Vitacura, was a great hotel, good location and close to the Mall and good restaurants around. Me and my 2 sisters and my mother stayed from 28/05 until 04/06 in the hotel and we were very proud with the service, all the employees were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable and affordable. Breakfast was the best part, which offered lots of options cold and hot buffet for everyone and specially for the waiter Leonardo and everyone else that gave us a good service and was very good. I would really love to thank everyone from the hotel Concierge, Breakfast Team, Housekeeping, Front Desk people and we had a wonderful time. I recommend this hotel and hope to see u guys next time.

El hotel es muy bonito y tranquilo. El personal es increíble y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Destacó sobre todo la amabilidad y atención de Eduardo. El restaurante es un imperdible ya que la comida está bien hecha y el desayuno vale la pena.

No room service at all , that's too bad !!!!!! Not many towels Good product for shower ( shampoo, conditioner, etc ok) No heating in dining for breakfast, freezing !!! There is no swimming pool If you want to use a spa service you have to ask somebody from outside, there is no t one available in the hotel
