Hotel Villa Serena

Excellent hôtel for a quiet and restfull holiday. We had a Lovely room with sea view on the 2nd floor and enjoyed the place very much. Lovely walks on the Beach and the restaurant is also very good. I really recommend it and we ll be back! Staff is very helpfull.

Very nice place, quiet an relaxing. Stuff is very, very friendly ans helpfull. The Breakfast we all liked very much! The opportunity for yoga ans sports is fine and the place for that directly located at the beach is outstanding especially the oceanview and the light brezze.

I stayed for 4 nights and had a great time. The room is spacious and had two large beds, the bathroom was beautiful with large mirror and a bathtub. The balcony had ocean view and a hammock. There is a restaurant inside the property, a pool and a yoga barn. And a small private beach with turquoise water :) La Playita beach is near by ( walkable distance) and it’s sooo pretty! You can watch the sunset there as well. I had a great time at Villa Serena and next time I go to Dominican Republic, I’ll definitely stay there again.

This place is located in one of the most beautiful spots in DR. If you are looking for a very relaxing vacation, this is a perfect place. The satff is very friendly and helpfull. From the hotel you can book a boat to go to many beaches nearby that only can be reached by bota such as Fronton, Playa Colorada and end your journey at Playa Rincon where you can eat and spend the day in this white sand beach.

After walking past Villa Serena on a previous visit we vowed we would be back to stay! It’s been amazing. From initial reservation through to our arrival and stay. The staff are amazing. Yoga every morning with Angelina has been fabulous…. The right way to start the day. A short walk to our favorite beach La Playita….lazing around the swimming pool and enjoying a great array of cocktails from the Tiki Bar. The massages are to die for! The food has been delicious. Great selection at breakfast with fresh fruits, numerous cooked options and some very special veggie juices. Dinners too have not disappointed. Most of all the staff have been so friendly and professional. New Year’s Eve tonight at Villa Serena will be memorable!

Villa Serena is a charming and wonderful hotel. The view of the beach and the sea from the room is excellent. The rooms have a balcony with rocking chairs and a hammock. The bed is comfortable. The restaurant has a very varied menu and the food is good. The wifi works very well. The water in the shower is hot though the water pressure is weak. The staff is friendly. I hope to return in the future.
