Late check-in went well. The room and bathroom were a good size. The location is very central and you can get something to eat even late in the evening. Unfortunately there was no microwave and the safe was broken.

We loved our stay at Hotel Catalina. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the location was perfect. There were cute coffee corners and places to sit both inside and outside. The beds were so comfortable and the extra for a view over the park was totally worth it. 100% recommend for a visit to the city. As a bonus the open top bus stops right at the park in front we found it great for a look around.

I had a very comfortable room with unexpected amenities for the price. Great location, close to restaurants, shops, beach, and transit. When there were humans at reception, they were friendly and helpful. Sleep is impossible on weekends due to loud music from a bar adjacent to the hotel. There’s a lot to love about the place, but I won’t stay there again. I’m quite put off by businesses, hotels and many others, who have decided they don’t want to be inconvenienced by hiring humans and paying them a living wage. At Bed and Chic, rooms are seldom cleaned and hours when a human is at reception are very limited. I needed human assistance at checkout. There was none and responses to my attempts to get help through What’sApp and email were too late. If that’s how they want to run their hotel, that’s fine, but I won’t be playing along. Too bad. Bed and Chic could otherwise be the best place to stay in Las Palmas.

I had a one month stay on a business trip. Sadly, my room looked nothing like the published photos. Small bathroom with stains on the tiled floor and fly screens in a state of disrepair. In-room kettle but had to beg for a mug. And no tea or coffee, need to go to the Hipo Dino supermarket about a 5 minute walk away. There is a fridge but no other facilities. No rugs on the floor. No pictures on the wall. No shades on the lamps. No comfortable chair. Room is made up every other day. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Sheets won't be changed unless specifically requested. No breakfast, but available nearby (no earlier than 0800). Laundry also available a short walk away. There is a popular bar on the ground floor of the building on the street to the rear of the property and the noise on Friday and Saturday evenings is loud. Really loud. It goes on from about 6pm to 2am. Music and general talk that sounds like a constant swarm of bees. I was in room 107 which is directly above. Sleep is very difficult to come by. I had a colleague with a room on the front of the building and he reported similar noise there. There is no escape from it.

Great room, the service was very good, it was a great value boutique hotel and in a fabulous location, as described...It is often very noisy (very loud music and partying), which we did not know about when we booked. There is a bar, which is beneath the rooms and belongs to the hotel that comes to life at about 9.00pm and goes on well into the night at the weekend and on public holidays. You need to know they don't go to bed much before 2am. We had very enjoyable stay and will be recommending to family and friends.

À notre arrivée le 14 février , nous avons trouvé une chambre mal entretenue avec une table de nuit délabrée, des rideaux percés et des voilages décrochés. Ce n’était pas le plus grave, car nous avons rapidement constaté qu’une fête municipal avait lieu sur la place en bas de l’hôtel. Nous avons eu droit à la musique jusqu’à 2h du matin, mais il ne faut pas désespérer car à 4h du matin, ce sont les engins de nettoyage de la place qui nous ont réveillés à nouveau . J’avais bien en fin d’après-midi demandé à changer de chambre mais cela a été refusé . Je ne conseille cet hôtel a personne. De plus le prix était outrancier ( 293€!) . Petit bémol, le personnel était aimable.

Benché situato nel cuore della movida le camere non sono insonorizzate con grave danno per i turisti che alle 2 di mattina vorrebbero anche riposare. Inoltre nella nostra camera c’era anche cattivo odore ma non si poteva arieggiare per il motivo di cui sopra. La ragazza della reception poi era polemica e non molto collaborativa. Che dire? Pollice verso.
