"Ok naman ang rooms para sa rate buffet breakfast is ok egg,hotdog,corned beef,rice,coffee. Very bad service from receptionist and room service below 0% it will takes almost an hour to get your order if you will call the receptionist sasabihin na busy pa sila (nye!) or they will tell lies that's your order is coming yun pala inoorder palang sa kitchen. One more thing I booked 3 rooms then my mistake that I forget yung room ng isa ko guest then I ask the receptionist kung ano nga yung rooms unders my name and her response is tawagan niyo nalang kasi May ina assist po ako iba guest sad sayang yung place very poor receptionist knowledge in handling guest"

"Good place for family staycation! The pool and playground is amazing! The staffs are friendly and approachable. Though it’s a little bit pricey to avail the playground for kids. Overall, the kids were so happy and they had a great time."

"1. We checked in 2:30 pm and they said check in time is 3:00 pm.. and since early check in , the 3k deposit cant be be waived . However saw their compendium and it says 2:00 pm check in. So i insisted , good they waived the 3k deposit... but still contradicting policy 2 . They should taste the free coffee in the room.. grabe ang same ng lasa . Their manager should taste it Now so theyll know how bad it tastes. 3 the headboard is dusty . Triggers my rhinitis 4 their saving grace? Staff are courteous."

"The room is nice but no trash bins. The hotel location is far from any establishments such as ATM, market, malls and etc. The front desk has unpleasing vibes, she asked irrelevant and obvious questions and always in a hurry. Overall, the room is nice, wifi is working and we were able to sleep."

"Initially, the staff were accommodating, helping me settle in and providing the essentials I needed. However, within an hour, their responsiveness declined significantly. For instance, I requested access to the Wi-Fi, which was available, but they refused to share the password. Instead, one staff member suggested I purchase mobile data, which I found extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. In terms of location, the hotel is conveniently situated near malls and shops, which is a positive aspect. However, the building itself raises serious safety concerns. There were numerous gas tanks stored near the staircase, and the constant smell of overused oil permeated the area. These conditions are hazardous, and I strongly urge a fire inspector to assess the premises immediately. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory. I was deeply disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel to my friends or family. Red Doors needs to raise its standards and conduct thorough reviews of its partners to ensure guest satisfaction, enjoyment, and—most importantly—safety."
