Just lovely. A little haven in Las Terranas. Very good service, spacious, stylish comfortable room, lovely private outdoor area with access to pool. Only four or five rooms, so feels very exclusive. Great breakfast too. Warm welcome; owner is clearly invested.

First of all, we want to apologize for the late review. We got back to Curacao and regretted getting on that airplane. I think that says enough! Thank you so much for the hospitality, amazingly beautiful hotel and super fantastic "must do" quad rental. You all and especially Luis made sure we enjoyed our vacation to the max. We will be back but hope to see you guys here on the island too...

I can not say enough good things about this charming hotel. From the moment we arrived and every time we returned home at the end of the day, the staff were friendly, welcoming and willing to go above and beyond. They gave us perfect recommendations for how to travel to/where to park to visit El Limon waterfall, and accommodated our afternoon coffee desires even when their cafe was closed. (Their espressos are delicious!) Additionally, breakfast was DELICIOUS with fresh fruit everyday, freshly squeezed juice, coffee, and a complete menu with any type of eggs, omelet, avocado toast, and other local breakfast food options. We didn't try the smoothies but they looked very good! Every day our rooms were beautifully cleaned. There was gated parking and the hotel itself felt very secure, just a quick walk from the beach. This hotel was a large part of the reason we loved the Dominican Republic so much! (Playa Punta Poppy was our favorite, which is closest to Takuma). I can't recommend this place enough, we will be back for sure!

Pros: Kind staff, the guys at the reception speak fluent English, nicely decorated room with a lot of space, good location in LT. On our last day we could also leave our luggages at the hotel to go to the beach without big bags. Cons: Our jacuzzi did not work for 1,5 days and we could not enjoy it, however, we paid more to use this facility (we received free pina colada, but obviously it did cover the extra charge paid for the jacuzzi) We also asked a transfer but we waited 90 mins as the hotel's taxi driver was late. They offered us the drive for free of charge but our bill included this as well.

Hôtel charmant, intime, situé dans une rue calme mais néanmoins près du centre, décoration de bon goût et un accueil chaleureux, dans le juste ton, qui fait que l’on s’y sent chez soi. Quitté avec regrets après 6 jours et l’envie d’y retourner. Un très bon choix

Unseren Aufenthalt im Takuma Boutik Hotel war eine sehr schöne Erfahrung und wir haben sie sehr genossen! Vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt und während dem ganzen Aufenthalt. (4 Nächte) Hotel Manager Maxence ist super professionell und super nett. Merci ! Die Besitzer Familie auch sehr sympathisch, alle Angestellten freundlich! Die ganze Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Zimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool mit den individuellen Einstieg ein Traum. Das Frühstück hat uns auch geschmeckt, sowie die feinen Drinks. Alles Top!
