I booked this hotel. I was very surprised when I woke up the following day, I had several bites on my body, palms, legs, body and it was very itchy. As I need to check out the room quickly so I checked out from the room tv. I did not inform the hotel about the matter. Initially, I thought it was mosquitoes bites but later when I saw the pharmacy, they informed it was bed bites. I was rather shocked and disappointed, the hotel that I had booked have bed bites……

The room view is the Sphere and High Roller. The hotel has a space for the flamingos. Has quite a big and nice swimming pool for kids & Adults. The room is spacious, low ceiling, but has full glass windows from floor to ceiling. Express check in and out which is good. Restaurants just on the ground floor of the hotel. The hotel is crowded and some guests smoking inside the casino. There is no complimentary water bottle. There's no kettle,no microwave The shower keeps dripping / not turning off.or at times the shower takes longer to get warm/hot. Valet Parking.

This is my second time booking this hotel because we had so much fun the first time we booked. I booked for 3 people this time, and my mom had a wonderful experience! She was very pleased with how large the room was. She got her own bed, the TV was large, and she had plenty of room to do her activities without bumping into me and my husband. She felt so comfortable. My only issue with the place is not all of them are updated, so the bathroom is a little bit older, but nothing to gripe about. I love the couch by the window. There are few things to do outside the hotel, but you will need to travel at least 10-15 minutes if you want to get to the strip. It is an off-the-strip casino, so account for time it takes for you to get to your destination. Overall, I will always book this place whenever I went to stay in Vegas for cheaper.
Hilton Vacation Club Polo Towers Las Vegas

The location is very convenient. The bus stop is nearby, and it is easy to access shops and other hotels. If you are a Hilton member, you will receive a mineral water exchange ticket at the convenience store when you check in. It seems that the room will not be cleaned unless you order it. I stayed for 3 nights, but the towels were not changed. I noticed that I was charged twice for the room rate, so I asked the front desk, but they did not understand, so I spoke to a different person again and they said, ”You are right!” Even though I told them from the beginning. It took me 30 minutes to understand.

we celebrate our 30th anniversary at this hotel.. the room we booked is very nice, the newly renovated really good since many years before. and room is big with upgrade hi-tech control system.. lights is bright. and they give us breakfast credit for each room, that is surprised us.. but at the last night this hotel having a poor party by some guests, and the music is really load, makes me and my wife can't sleep all night long until 4 AM.. during 2 AM I called the front desk about this and they said they can't do any thing about this, but they can give a ear plug for help only.. it's so sad...because next day I need drive about 5 hrs back to L.A. any way,. it is good experience during our stay.
