The only thing I found to be odd was the lack of knowledge by the reception people of the surrounding area especially when it came to dining and best way to get to certain areas around Summerlin.

Never have we been treated so rudely and with such an avoidance to provide any customer service by this hotels staff. The night clerk could not have been more rude and then declined us checking into our prepaid room because we asked for his managers name. The hotel management then refused to refund us our money when it was there employee who wouldn’t let us check in. Worst experience of our life. Would not recommend anyone stay here.

Was a topical Hampton Inn property. Detail finish was not great. Floor was not completely level and transitions were not as expected. Exterior had lots of drive and could not use roll aboard suitcases on the outside of the property. Breakfast food offering was poor.

I was on a business trip and stayed here, then WiFi was down for 4 days! Then I requested to refund for the rest days in my booking and the front desk manager refused it, which totally doesn’t make sense. If you advertised having WiFi then

The room had an unplesant smell (sewer gases) coming from the bathroom sink. I requested a room with a working phone. There was a dial tone but I couldn't call out or get calls.
I didn't like having to have $50 on my credit card for "incidentals".
Laura at the front desk was nice. The bed was comfortable and a good TV was provided.
But in the future, if I have a choice, I won't book Hampton Inn again.

We checked in early before housekeeping was done with other rooms. There was a smell in the room and fragrance was sprayed in the halls after we checked in but it did not help our room
