No one came to clean the room if I didn't tell them after booking for five days. The room was very old and smelled bad. There was basically no service. There were few people playing in the ****** downstairs.

This is so durty hotel 3 days dont have room service. During night all days smelling in *******

Too expensive during the CES, and the resort fee

Not close to centre, not convenient for outgoing, no bath towel in the room and call housekeeping, front desk, services phone but no answer at all. The isolation is not good, can heard the sound from the up floor room. Won’t stay again.

Subject: Disappointing Experience During My Stay I wanted to share my recent experience during my stay, as it was quite disappointing.  First, the check-in process was extremely slow. I had to wait in line for two hours just to receive my room, which was frustrating since my stay was only for six hours. I had intended to take a short nap, but instead, I spent that time standing in line. Additionally, during check-in, my passport went missing. When I inquired about it, the staff initially claimed they had already returned it to me. It turned out that one of the receptionists had simply forgotten where it was. After I requested them to check the CCTV, they eventually found my passport, but this level of carelessness is concerning. A passport is crucial as it contains important visas, and losing it is a significant issue. To top it off, there was no hot water for my shower. I called the help desk to address the problem, but no one came to assist me. Overall, my experience was a complete waste of time and money. I would advise others to be cautious when considering this establishment.  Thank you for your attention.
