GreatšVery big, suitable for family travel, just like coming home, it is our favorite room on this trip.
It's just that we stayed in that room for three nights, and no one came to clean it.
In addition, the kitchen sink did not drain well, and the dishwasher did not wash cleanlyļ½ļ½ļ½Otherwise, it's really 100 pointsšÆļæ¼
This hotel and ****** was really nice. Thank God it's off of the *****. The room that was selected for me was okay. The eyes on the wall was a little creepy, but it was okay. I don't like the fact you couldn't use the refrigerator in the room without being charged. That shouldn't be an issue. So if you get a room at the Palms, bring a cooler, because the refrigerator is off limits unless you want to pay for it.

Service: I called the front desk several times from the room to report the lack of shower gel in the bathroom, but no one answered. I had to go to the front desk in person to report it before someone would handle it.

It is a pure hotel building, there is no ***, so it is very quiet.
The farthest south hall from the convention center is only a 10-minute walk.
It's a 10-minute taxi ride and a 20-minute walk from the ***** center.
15 minutes drive from the airport.
Breakfast has fixed varieties every day. Scrambled eggs sausage bread milk cereal fruit.
It is a very suitable hotel for business travel, but the only terrible thing is that it can't even connect to the wifiš , and the hotel staff can't connect to various operations...
a fly in the ointment!

The impression I got was that the hotel is trying to cheat customers out of money instead of providing high quality service. Hidden charges and no complementary water or coffee reek of a service below budget level. $25 charge for water in the room that should be complementary. $16 for Keurig cup coffee in the room. We stayed two nights at Delano side. Room cost is about 590USD.

The Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas is to me the best hotel in Las Vegas and one of the finer hotels in the country. We choose it partly because it is dedicated to a luxury stay without all the commotion of the casinos. The staff is great and attentive from the moment you arrive. Even before you arrive thereās a welcome message from the staff to assist you with your arrival. The rooms are beautiful and along with the upgrades for Hilton Diamond members, every amenity is well appointed. The food is great, and the pool and spa are perfect without all of the crowds that you see at other hotels on the strip. This is truly a gem and oasis in the heart of Las Vegas and always our go to when in town.

It was good stay. On arrival, although there were so many people, Jaye in the front desk was very kind and good with warm welcome, and the room and facilities was comfortable. Many shops and restaurants were in or near the building, it was also convenient. Thank you.

Overall is good for this hotel.Ā
Reception: the male staff is nice but he didnāt beg bugs as we are worry about it.Ā
He called to housekeeping and ask for it.Ā
Finally, we got the room and everything is fine.
For Car park/valet service: the valet staff said itās same price with self parking. Finally it was poor on his approach.Ā
Self packing is $18 per overnight (1 day). Valet is $40 per overnight.
Anyway, Valet area is more safety, if you wanna keep safety, I recommend it. Only the staff approach is poor.Ā
For room: excellent bedroom even though the Boulevard is little bit old wing. The size is good. The view we can see Paris hotel š nice.Ā
For house keeping: itās not good for the lady on house keeping, around 09xx, she entered the ring and check any people is checked in . Donāt know why she didnāt know the room has people. So annoying.Ā
The cleanliness: very good I can say. Suitable for people to pay higher price for recommendation.

Good location and convenient to other MGM hotels. The swimming pool is small but had three of them. Good to chill out for a while. Need to prepare toothbrush and slipper.

We got a room with a view of the pool, we also upgraded it, but it was completely different from the previous one. At check-in, we were misled, which turned out to be on the final invoice. They added 2 Red Bulls, but after my intervention they were removed. And an additional fee in addition to the tax for the upgrade, 56 USD for each day! There are no flip-flops after bathing. The windows do not open

MMight a mouseChecking in was a breeze however there was a protest going on when I visited and it set the mood before I entered the building. Protestors were animal like with no regards to others as they played loud music and mocked drivers entering in and out of the building. Rooms were standard and photos definitely showed better than in person. Clean rooms at affordable prices, no other complaints here!
GGuest UserStayed here for new years for 5 days. Room itself was fine. View and location is top notch. Right infront of monorail so commute to strip is very good. View was breathtaking aswell especially at new years. Amenities were non existent. No microwave, no COFFEE MAKER, no nothing. Was the room clean. YES. Was the bathroom clean Kinda but was missing drawer handles with the shower head just poking out of the ceiling. Lobby is great and Casino aswell as Sportsbook is top notch. Overall it was alright. Just a little neglected and run down. But still worth the stay for the view and comfy beds.

AABA25We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it for those in tight budget. We upgraded into Suit so we love our room. The hotel are very rich in architecture design in a unique way and we dearly love their lunch buffet with loads of palatable selection. Two thumbs up to all staffs for friendly athmosphere all the time, can't fault anyone!!!ššš«¶šā¤ļø

GGuest UserGreat location on the strip. Like how itās linked to walk to other hotels & the monorail is handy, cuts out a little walking time!
Check in easy & staff very helpful. They even checked the notes sent to them via a third party for requests & were very accommodating with that.
One downer was the luggage storage after check out. Only one person doing it all which was ridiculous for a busy weekend, therefore creating a long queue & wait time!

GGuest UserThe hotel was very nice and had a good location, the problem was that I couldn't use the hair dryer because the electrical connection was damaged (it had signs that something burned) and for safety reasons from a fire I couldn't connect anything, but I had a concert and I couldn't do my hair š the bathroom faucet couldn't be closed and the whole night it was leaking water, very sad so much waste of water, I told the cleaning people, but they only said to close it tightly But I'm sure that wasn't the problem, and the electrical connection, which had already been reported but had not been fixedš¤·š»āļøthese problems are a priority in my opinion, and apparently the hotel doesn't care Even though I have such prestige, my stay was frustrating. I really hope that someone from the administration reads this comment and does something. My room was 309 on the 5th floor. Thank you

GGuest UserNice hotel, especially since some of it has been renovated recently. Our room (2 queen beds deluxe) was one of the newly renovated rooms which was very nice. Could've used a slightly deeper clean, but for a hotel it was pretty nice.
For service, it's almost impossible to get in touch with anyone at the front desk or in the hotel. Luckily you can check in and check out on the tablets next to the check in desk so you don't even have to talk to anyone, but the ability to have human contact is pretty important for me, whether I need to use it or not.
The pool was recently reopened before our stay and was very nice. The pool hours were pretty short, 10-4, for a beautiful weekend in March when it's 80 degrees outside. For such a nice pool I feel like the hours should be much longer when it's nice and light out until 8pm or so.
JJoe SnuffyVery good location, away from the strip and closer to Fremont areas and local eatery, not too far from Chinatown. Better price, however parking is much to be desired. Good discount for Tower access admission, Strat Cafe open almost 24 hours for all meals. Very affordable price.

CCheungPeggyConvenient location. Off strip but close enough to the Strip, Chinatown (the good food!) and freeway. Free parking. The only down side I can think of is the small window by the bath tub. Itās a clear window with no curtain. We could see other rooms from that window, so we decided to use a towel to cover it up.
GGuest UserHit up this hotel in Vegas thatās pretty easy on the wallet and in a solid spot, just a 10-minute stroll from all the big shows at MGM Grand. Felt totally safe around there, even when stepping out at 5 AM for day trips, way before sunrise.
But, just a heads-up, during my weekās stay, housekeeping only swung by once, and they were kinda skimpy on the water, only two small bottles provided. Ended up feeling under the weather one day, stuck in my room feeling rough. Had to ask the staff for more water the next day, and they were super cool about it, hooking me up with five bottles right away.
The average price for hotels in Las Vegas is AED 906 on weekdays, and AED 1,301 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
