"Great👍Very big, suitable for family travel, just like coming home, it is our favorite room on this trip.
It's just that we stayed in that room for three nights, and no one came to clean it.
In addition, the kitchen sink did not drain well, and the dishwasher did not wash cleanly~~~Otherwise, it's really 100 points💯"
"This hotel and casino was really nice. Thank God it's off of the strip. The room that was selected for me was okay. The eyes on the wall was a little creepy, but it was okay. I don't like the fact you couldn't use the refrigerator in the room without being charged. That shouldn't be an issue. So if you get a room at the Palms, bring a cooler, because the refrigerator is off limits unless you want to pay for it."
"Service: I called the front desk several times from the room to report the lack of shower gel in the bathroom, but no one answered. I had to go to the front desk in person to report it before someone would handle it."

"It is a pure hotel building, there is no ***, so it is very quiet.
The farthest south hall from the convention center is only a 10-minute walk.
It's a 10-minute taxi ride and a 20-minute walk from the ***** center.
15 minutes drive from the airport.
Breakfast has fixed varieties every day. Scrambled eggs sausage bread milk cereal fruit.
It is a very suitable hotel for business travel, but the only terrible thing is that it can't even connect to the wifi😅, and the hotel staff can't connect to various operations...
a fly in the ointment!"
"The Mandalay Bay has all the amenities you need to be comfortable and relaxed. It has many restaurants to choose from and the selection is amazing. The location is was perfect for us because we just wanted to relax and enjoy the beautiful view from our suite. We called for TV repair and the technician quickly came to fix the issue. We ate dinner at the House of Blues and enjoyed live music, and enjoyed breakfast at the cafe. "
"The Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas is to me the best hotel in Las Vegas and one of the finer hotels in the country. We choose it partly because it is dedicated to a luxury stay without all the commotion of the casinos. The staff is great and attentive from the moment you arrive. Even before you arrive there’s a welcome message from the staff to assist you with your arrival. The rooms are beautiful and along with the upgrades for Hilton Diamond members, every amenity is well appointed. The food is great, and the pool and spa are perfect without all of the crowds that you see at other hotels on the strip. This is truly a gem and oasis in the heart of Las Vegas and always our go to when in town."
"It was good stay. On arrival, although there were so many people, Jaye in the front desk was very kind and good with warm welcome, and the room and facilities was comfortable. Many shops and restaurants were in or near the building, it was also convenient. Thank you."
"Hotel was fantastic with stunning views! It’s the best view on the strip u can get. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Will definitely return back again!"
"One of the best hotel in Las Vegas strip!!!👍 Room are excellent, space, facilities, full length window LV view w/ motorised curtains & Coffe machine in the room(2 thumbs up) The staffs are marvelous & friendly a true fortune of this hotel. We enjoyed as well the free tram ride to other MGM partner hotel. I can't find any fault or negative comment for Aria. You have a very good standard and please keep it up always!!! We dearly love our stay in your hotel & we highly recommend to anyone. Well Done Aria!!! Salute😉❤️💖🫶🥰👌👍✌️"
"We got a room with a view of the pool, we also upgraded it, but it was completely different from the previous one. At check-in, we were misled, which turned out to be on the final invoice. They added 2 Red Bulls, but after my intervention they were removed. And an additional fee in addition to the tax for the upgrade, 56 USD for each day! There are no flip-flops after bathing. The windows do not open"

Great
XxinUnbeatable location for LV Convention Center West Hall events. This brand-new hotel offers clean, luxurious rooms and excellent, courteous service. Breakfast starts a bit late for business travelers, but it's ideal for leisure stays. Highly recommended for convenience and quality.

NNoéThe hotel is relatively new!
Not too far from the busy Las Vegas, but relatively calm. Also very close to airport.
We had an issue with the cleaning of the room on first day but the hotel was really proactive in solving the situation thanks to Gigi.
If I return to Vegas I would for sure consider staying there again.
GGuest UserStayed here for new years for 5 days. Room itself was fine. View and location is top notch. Right infront of monorail so commute to strip is very good. View was breathtaking aswell especially at new years. Amenities were non existent. No microwave, no COFFEE MAKER, no nothing. Was the room clean. YES. Was the bathroom clean Kinda but was missing drawer handles with the shower head just poking out of the ceiling. Lobby is great and Casino aswell as Sportsbook is top notch. Overall it was alright. Just a little neglected and run down. But still worth the stay for the view and comfy beds.

AAnonymous UserI really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, making check-in and check-out quick and hassle-free. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The location was convenient, close to key spots and easy to get to. The amenities were great, and everything was well-kept. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others.

AAngeles Rowena BThe Casino was amazing. I had good wins at BlackJack. The food court was nice, good food and the atmosphere at the lobby is super solid. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit boring. No amenities or snacks and drinks other than shampoos and towels. But overall, the hotel was very nice and quite close to the strip, though you need to walk further to get to better places.

OOliver Robert henryVery poor hotel
Expensive and rooms are shabby. I booked a studio room initially and was told to upgrade as they had rooms that had been ‘recently ‘ renovated. I guess recently they just mean this century as they were worn and dirty. Bath leaked too
Phone in the room didn’t work and there was no cups or glasses for water. Just a $22 bottle
Check in takes a long time and the queue for bag check is ridiculous
Won’t stay here again

JJoe SnuffyVery good location, away from the strip and closer to Fremont areas and local eatery, not too far from Chinatown. Better price, however parking is much to be desired. Good discount for Tower access admission, Strat Cafe open almost 24 hours for all meals. Very affordable price.

SStephenWe stayed at Masquerade tower. It's not as fancy as its website's photos. Maybe those photos referred to Ipanema tower.
The room was clean. The front desk check-in experience was good. We enjoyed our stay and had the great city view (on the 20th floor). We did experience some issues if Rio improved them.
1. Our room was at the end of the hallway. We had to run lots of cold water before getting the hot water out. It's a waste.
2. It lacks proper directional signs. We had to ask a couple of service staff to get to the front desk and our room.
3. We couldn't find a luggage cart (or there wasn't one?) to bring our stuff in one trip. Each one-way trip from the garage to our room took us 10 minutes.
4. Due to high wind conditions, the pool area was closed. We were disappointed because It only opened between 9-18.
GGuest UserHotel was clean, decor was a bit dated. Could update at least to have USB charging ports in the rooms. Also update internet info to reflect that a shuttle to the sister property on the strip is NOT provided every 30 mins. The outside hot tub was out of service and the indoor hot tub was only available Thursday- Sunday. There was a gentleman that worked in the pool/spa area that was always friendly and very helpful! Smoking still allowed throughout the Casino which smells absolutely horrible! Especially while eating in the food court!
JJessieThe front desk agent was great but the elevator to the tower did not work the whole time I was there. Big disappointment. Resort Fee and incidental fee is extremely high for a place of that caliber. I am a local that has stayed in many Resorts and this was not the right price range for this hotel. For example incidental hold for the Venetian is $150, the incidental fee for this hotel is $300. Not the nest for and hold hotel.
The average price for hotels in Las Vegas is AED 955 on weekdays, and AED 1,312 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
