Very customer's oriented service leading by a dedicated team. Provided on time shuttle bus service to and from Franfult Hann Airport.

Only a 5 minutes drive from the airport. The hotel also provides free rides to the airport. It was very clean and the staff was helpful. They also all spoke English very well. The hotel has a nice bar that is pretty much open all night, but it’s quiet so you don’t have to worry about the noise. Was overall a very nice stay, especially considering the price.

We booked a room for an early flight the hotel is very nice, the rooms are clean, it's perfect if you have an early flight. We left our car there during our stay

Very bad experience. You have to pay at the hotel and they charge you differently than what you have in your reservation. If you think that your reservation includes breakfast (because it says so) you arrive at the hotel and they make you pay for it because they say that they are not responsible for what trip says. The girl is arrogant and rude.
