Super convenient right across the street from the airport. Was able to check-in on the phone and get the access code for the hotel / our room as we were arriving after hours when the front desk was going to be closed. Room was perfectly clean and bed was comfy for a short stay before an early morning flight.

The hotel was in a good place at least close to the airport, but mehn the room was so small and Tv wasn’t working. Even so, the WiFi was opened to all and was frustrating as it wasn’t working at all. I’d give 2 star for being close to Triwo Hahn Airport but nothing more.
Also, change the flooring of the room as it is itchy when you don’t have a slippers on.

Terrible place and worst checkin procedure. Do not stay here and other ones near the airport provide better price and comfortable bed, breakfast, shuttle, free tea/coffee!

Arrived at the hotel late at night, just opposite the airport. Check-in was electronic and unattended. A reservation number was required, but Ctrip did not provide it. I called the hotel front desk to get the check-in done. Forget about poor English speaking. The toilet was leaking and it was noisy all night.

Despite checking in at machine and being provided with access code / the room door would not open. The phone number provided had no answer. Inhuman and no help to sort out problems. Eventually found an emergency number and a human being helped! Not exactly happy. Rather stressful.
