Be ready for great times and a memorial experience with the warmest and helpful staff in an exquisite and spectacular chateau resort. As Americans visiting family the region during the winter, we did not take advantage of the wonderful assortment of spa services but dined nearly nightly during our week lokng stay and thourally enjoyed every minute. The view during winter friom tghe room and restruants, is jaw dropping, You will dine in five star excellence and discuss the adventures in Quercy of the day pointing to the path in the horizon. We can niot wait toi stay again, so shhh... its not _that_ perfect ;)

Very good reception. Evening service: very friendly staff. Departure on 04/20/24 (08:15 a.m.) the cashier responsible has difficulty saying hello. She asks us for the sum of 6.20 euros for 2 drinks which we paid in cash the day before. She questions our word while customers are present. We almost seemed dishonest when we asked him to contact the very nice little employee who had served us. The latter refused. Despite everything, we left a tip and she gave us no thanks. Très bon séjour de 3 nuits dans cette belle résidence avec une piscine à débordement dans un très beau cadre. Nous avons été gentiment surclassés dans une chambre avec vue magnifique. Le petit déjeuner -brunch est varié et délicieux avec produits locaux et pâtisseries maison, le personnel attentionné et souriant, les massages au Spa très professionnels. A s'offrir pour une détente totale, avec visites des beaux villages du Quercy blanc à côté.

Séjour plus qu’agréable dans ce domaine. Accueil et prestations de qualité. Nous avons dîné au restaurant l’Orée du Bois où nous avons été très bien accueillis et conseillés. Une pause au calme dans un superbe cadre. Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre côté Orée du bois : espace excentré du domaine principal avec mise à disposition de voiturette pour s’y rendre. Chambre très bien, très propre. Espace aquatique très bien

Lors de mon repas de service, j'avais choisi le poisson du jour, et ai reçu des St Jacques (particulier comme poisson du jours) avec malheureusement une mouche dans l'assiette (ça peut arriver partout). Ma collègue à la table à côté venait de se faire dire qu'il y avait eu un soucis dans les réservations et qu'il n'y avait plus de poissons (par un serveur peu agréable). J'ai renvoyé mon assiette, et je me retrouve quelques temps après avec la même assiette de St Jacques, (en plus froide, un peu plus vide et remise en forme). Très limite. On m'a dit par la suite, que c'était une nouvelle assiette, même si pour ma collègue, il n'y en avait plus? Viens ensuite la commande des cafés (après mon repas frugal) et je demande un thé en lieu et place du café. Le serveur, m'a répondu, "ce n'est pas dans la formule, alors si vous prenez ça, faut payer le thé de votre poche." Très commercial quand on vient à 60 personnes de basse. Je pensais réserver un petit WE en amoureux, mais suite à cette prestation, j'irai à Center Parc...
