The service was great. We were the only one booked that night, and we arrived very late. They made a lot of preparations, and breakfast became a private service.
The hotel is in a good location, facing the bay. If there is an aurora, you can see it directly from the window.

We drove over from Abisko to meet up for a cave adventure. It exceeded our expectations. The guide/owner was so kind and knowledgeable. We would go back to stay at this hotel. The area is stunning and if you get a chance go on the cave adventure. It was so much fun and so interesting. The hotel is beautiful and the scenery is unparalleled.

The location of the hotel is peaceful and the views from the room window and the hotel terrace are wonderful. Our room was old fashioned and had seen its best days. The plastic carpet on the hall/kitchen floor was sticky and the beds were a bit uncomfortable. The kitchen equipment in the room was limited. The breakfast was very good and everything you needed was found. Dinner was ok, but nothing special. The rooms could be renovated and the place could be close to perfect after this.

Our trip to Northern Norway was orchestrated by my childhood friend in the US. Tromsø/Lyngen/Tennevoll/Senja. She picked out all the right places to stay. We were here for 2 nights and had a fjord-view room. LOVELY!! Visited both the Polar Park and Narvik on the same day. Not a luxury hotel, but clean and comfortable, with a friendly, helpful staff. What could be better? The breakfast buffet is very basic. Our room has a tiny kitchenette, but without supplies. Perhaps you ask to borrow plates, cups and tableware. We didn’t make food in the room, but could have made tea first thing in the morning while still wearing pajamas and enjoying the view from the bed. Luckily I had a water cooker, cup and tea. It was perfect.

Stopped here for a night o pan the way to Senja - turns out we were the only ones staying as the summer season hadn’t quite started. Rooms simple and comfy. Staff fantastic. We ate dinner here but you need to book this in advance. Breakfast buffet was excellent and well presented (especially as were the only guests)

The location up on a hill overlooking a fjord is exceptional. The hotel is eco-friendly, dug into the hill with a grass covered roof - very photogenic. book a room with frontal view to the fjord. Breakfast is quite good and included in the reasonable priced rooms.

Auf der Durchreise ist hier ein Zimmer für uns gebucht. Der Ausblick sehr schön und das Haus hat grosses Potenzial. Allerdings ist das ganze Haus sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Zimmer (Nr. 2) wurde vor wahrscheinlich nicht allzu langer Zeit frisch gestrichen. Nur verliert dies absolut die Wirkung, da die Möbel sehr alt und abgenutzt sind. Das Bett extrem durchgelegen und die Aussenwand schimmlig. So ist es sehr schade um die Renovations Bemühungen. Abendessen gibt es hier nur im Sommer. Dies hatten wir schon vorher auf der Homepage gelesen und uns bei einem Supermarkt mit Essen eingedeckt. Das Frühstück war OK jedoch auch nicht mehr. Fazit: Wir würden dieses Haus für eine erneute Durchreise nicht wieder berücksichtigen.

Location molto bella, infatti si trova in posizione panoramica con ampia veduta sul fiordo e sulle montagne che lo circondano. Personale molto cortese, specialmente il proprietario. Colazione discreta con una nota di merito per il salmone affumicato. Per quanto concerne la camera direi che c’è decisamente di meglio, infatti appare vetusta e neanche ben tenuta. In particolare il bagno ricorda quello di un traghetto tirrenia è certamente questo non è un complimento!!! La pulizia, inoltre, è decisamente da rivedere. Prezzo eccessivo per quello che realmente offre, anche se ha diverse potenzialità
