"+: 1. Got a bigger room (in my booking, 1 queen bed & 1 single bed but given with 1 queen bed & 2 single beds). 2. Good and working fine aircon and water heater. 3. Clean bed, towels, room, toilet, glasses. 4. Clear TV broadcast. 5. Good WiFi. 6. Good lighting. 7. Has room slippers, toiletries (but not sure the liquid in the dispenser in the bathroom is a shampoo or body wash. When I applied it to my hair, it didn't feel good), kettle, complimentary water bottles, hair dryer and glasses. 8. Good security system - the rooms block only can be entered by guests who have key card. 9. Has windows. -: 1. Room and toilet had a bit unpleasant smell. 2. There was a water supply distruption when I had my shower till need to contact the management to be fixed. 3. Not sound proof room, my mum complained on hearing a sound. 4. No lift. 5. Room is located at different block from the receptionist block. 6. Only 1 key room is provided so it's hard to move separately as a group."

"Surprisingly so much better than expected! Maybe because the hotel is still brand new, so we had a really amazing stay! Room: Sparkling clean, spacious (ample space to pray especially for Muslim customers like us), comfortable bed and pillows. Most importantly, no weird smell. Toilet: Also very clean. Hot shower was functioning well. Amenities: Toiletries, clean towels, room slippers, iron, hair dryer, and kettle are provided. Location: Within Lawas township, and a lot of nearby restaurants Service: Registration staff is very helpful. Thank you!"

"Considering the price that we paid, it’s good enough for us. Not the best but I have no complaints either. locations wise, it is perfectly situated right in the middle of the town, where food and other amenities are easy to get. There is a swimming pool, and the waterfront is just right across to stroll along. Overall it is a comfortable place to stay with not too much noise."
