The room is very comfortable and clean, starting from the arrival of security and bellboy swiftly providing assistance, the check in and check out process at the front office is also very super fast and the officers are very friendly in providing information. I went here alone because I wanted to try something new last week. I was not dissapointed, the service was really nice and the room was also very comfortable. The breakfast food was really delightful and the sky lounge bar and pool had the best view.

The staff were super friendly. Variety of food for breakfast (and tasted good too, except the coffee latte and cappucino which was too much milk :) ). It worth the price. Highly recommended for families and vacation. Too bad the pool were under maintenance. Btw the cooler at the room was not cold enough to put your ice cream.

Actually, this place is great. Fancy and spacious room. I really like it. The food they served taste really good tho. Chef’s kiss. But, the one that’s bothering me is they don’t put a sign for a “sold out” food/beverages, other than that, some of the menu is not the same with the menu that they already displayed in their website. We’re already expecting food when we’re hungry, waiting, just for the fact that they can’t served that food because that’s sold out. It’s really bothering me.

Stay hear for improptu 3 days trip to Solo. It is located near Stasiun Balapan Solo and in the middle of the city. The furniture need new improvement, the table where I stayed is quite slanted hence too afraid to put anything on top of it. It is a well known hotel, so you can use various transportation to go there, including Solo Train. Best thing is the room is clean, they clean and refill bath amenities everyday.

I stayed with my family only for transit on the Bali-JKT trip. When we arrived it was raining, there was no security guarding the front of the hotel, so we went back and forth to get our own things in the car in the rain. The front of the hotel is being renovated. When I wanted to check in, I saw the receptionist playing on his cellphone. We booked a superior room. The room is a bit cramped. When we wanted to order food, no one answered the phone. My husband went straight to the restaurant, it turned out the employees were chatting. For breakfast there is not much variety. What a bad experience staying here. Hopefully this can be of concern to hotel management. Thank You.

The security guard's greeting was ok, the cashier to check in was friendly, there was a small incident in the room using the lift to the 2nd floor, the lift suddenly closed by itself when my wife was about to enter, her hands weren't clamped, usually the lift won't close if there are still people, but it's ok. deluxe room has a king bed, has a work desk, lounge chairs, has a refrigerator, storage for things, a large cupboard, the bathroom has a bathtub, hot water. The receptionist's telephone number is answered quickly, there is a spa, free swimming pool, free gym, free sauna , and the most awaited food in the restaurant is a lot of choice, it's delicious, like a 4 star hotel. The bathroom facilities with bathtub adds our comfort in comfort of self-being. This room has 2 televisions, in the bedroom and living room.
