I love the warm welcome of all the Alila staffs. So friendly. What is missing is there are only 2 bottles of mineral water in the room. Usually I will get at least 4 bottles mineral water. The siomay dimsum today is not fresh, the taste is odd, the siomay skin is detached. We have extended this feedback to the chef. Other than that everything is good.

Helpful staff from lobby, housekeeping, all the way to basement parking. My wife left her diamond ring on the table during check out and the hotel staff made prompt effort to safe the item, notified me, and had it ready when I picked it up. Thank you very much, it is not so much about the price of the ring, but it is about the memory of our wedding anniversaries.

The hotel is in best location. requested smoking room but i found the room was without an active exhaust, so the smell stay still. Bfast was average.

The staff were super friendly. Variety of food for breakfast (and tasted good too, except the coffee latte and cappucino which was too much milk :) ). It worth the price. Highly recommended for families and vacation. Too bad the pool were under maintenance. Btw the cooler at the room was not cold enough to put your ice cream.

When I looked at the reviews, there were lots of good comments & after we tried it, it was really okay... the hotel isn't very big, but it's cozy 😄 when we checked in, we were given a free welcome drink & snack, yesterday we got Javanese beer (taste good, love it!!). Then the rooms are also okay, there are balconies & windows that can be opened for air circulation. At breakfast, the food was delicious. The 2 days we were there, the food stalls changed, like sushi station, tepanyaki, ledre, ice cream... the most favorite for me was tengkleng, the same as the wedangan, helpful 👍👍👍 then there was also a playstation corner, sensory toys for children, so it was complete. .. next time I go to Solo, I'm going to try Canting Londo (said our driver, Mas Gibran, often eats there hahaha) yesterday I just had to try the kombucha, it's delicious 😁thanks Solia Zigna!!

The security guard's greeting was ok, the cashier to check in was friendly, there was a small incident in the room using the lift to the 2nd floor, the lift suddenly closed by itself when my wife was about to enter, her hands weren't clamped, usually the lift won't close if there are still people, but it's ok. deluxe room has a king bed, has a work desk, lounge chairs, has a refrigerator, storage for things, a large cupboard, the bathroom has a bathtub, hot water. The receptionist's telephone number is answered quickly, there is a spa, free swimming pool, free gym, free sauna , and the most awaited food in the restaurant is a lot of choice, it's delicious, like a 4 star hotel. The room in Executive suit adhiwangsa is very comfortable, with a room area of about 55m2 and a exclusive interior of the room.. The bathroom facilities with bathtub adds our comfort in comfort of self-being. This room has 2 televisions, in the bedroom and living room. The staff is friendly and friendly, the service is good ... The food served is also varied and tastes good ... ,, Only if the herbals are served in warm which are more delicious than cold ...😊 The road in the park with a cool and beautiful atmosphere adds to the feeling of staying here.. I stayed with my family only for transit on the Bali-JKT trip. When we arrived it was raining, there was no security guarding the front of the hotel, so we went back and forth to get our own things in the car in the rain. The front of the hotel is being renovated. When I wanted to check in, I saw the receptionist playing on his cellphone. We booked a superior room. The room is a bit cramped. When we wanted to order food, no one answered the phone. My husband went straight to the restaurant, it turned out the employees were chatting. For breakfast there is not much variety. What a bad experience staying here. Hopefully this can be of concern to hotel management. Thank You.
