Nous avons été en famille tester la nouvelle formule « bouillon » du restaurant. Belle carte avec choix. Rapport qualité/prix top et fait maison. Service impeccable et souriant…la déco a aussi été repensée. Seul bémol: manquait petite musique de fond et demoiselle seule au service pour terrasse et intérieur donc pas trop le temps de passer aux tables…

Chambre « deluxe » reservé sur booking : 1 ère chambre 215 : stores fermés qui ne s’ouvrent pas. Demande de changement de chambre en demandant précisément une chambre « deluxe », payé à la réservation. Attribution d’une 2 eme chambre « classique » à un prix inférieur avec mensonge de Tarik, la personne travaillant la, que c’est une « deluxe ». Je réitère ma demande, en précisant qu’il m’a menti. Il accuse le coup et me propose une troisième chambre (210). Cerise sur le gâteau, quand nous rentrons a 22h30, pas de lumière dans la chambre, sauf dans la salle de bain! Je redescends pour lui indiquer. Mais il ne répond même pas. Bref, service et prestation minable, digne d’un hôtel de passe. Préférez l’hôtel la lande où d’autres pour le même prix. Aucune excuse de sa part, voir même agacé, alors qu’il ment littéralement sur la chambre attribué en deluxe.

Ich suchte ein Hotel, fand das Ville Sentier und machte via booking App eine Buchung. Bei dieser Buchung gab es ein technisches Problem mit der *********** App. Es resultierte in zwei Buchungen statt einer. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption bestätigte mir, eine Buchung zu stornieren. Eine Stornierung erfolgte nicht sondern ein ‚No Show’. Im Nachhinein weigert sich das Hotel, die Sache richtig zu stellen und über 100.- CHF zu retournieren. Dies die Aussage, des Hotels. Ich habe übernachtet und im hoteleigenen Restaurant am Abend gegessen. Ich finde die Haltung des Hotels unehrenhaft.

Un piccolo hotel,ben pulito. Mancanza di personale Camere buone cuscini molli . Colazione mattina mancava una persona per rifornire il buffet. Ristorante buono specialità di carne,infatti ottima Una sola persona per servire tutta la sala. Prezzo buono

J’ai passé une nuit à l’hôtel, super accueil le directeur est très sympathique et son personnel aussi. Le soir j’ai mangé un tartare de bœuf fumé au CBD, c’est original ! J’ai passé la nuit dans une chambre qui est absolument impeccable rien à redire ! Le petit déjeuner est sous forme de buffet et les produits sont de très bonne qualité. Je recommande vivement l’établissement.
