Efficient online check in. Arrived s bit early, director checked and saw our flat was ready, so was able to start the holiday early..thank you. Flat was clean, everything you need for 2 weeks. On first floor in the canapé of the trees, which we liked. Great gardens, so we'll maintained. Leading to a lovely beach. You set up in rhe morning, leave everything in situ, back for lunch, and wander back in your own time. Family friendly beach, no kids hanging out on scooters. Staff friendly, we paid for parking, just easier and prefer the car in the shade in the summer heat. All good, yes there is no sitcom. You know that when you book. Not end of the world Cheers all

Die Residenz liegt sehr schön direkt am Meer mit schöner Parkanlage. Leider etwas abseits, es hat einen kleinen Laden mit kleiner Auswahl für das Nötigste. Auch gastronomisch sehr karg. Man muss deshalb jeweils nach Le Lavandou fahren. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist kühl bis unfreundlich und wenig bis gar nicht hilfsbereit. Die Wohnungen sind teils in schlechtem Zustand. Hier müsste mal wieder etwas investierst werden. Wir würden diese Location nicht mehr buchen.

Un cadre magnifique très verdoyant avec beaucoup de végétation. Accueil vraiment sympa et très à l'écoute. La résidence avait une vue sur l'anse de Pramousquier. Garage souterrain proposé. Plage à 2 pas, restaurant proposé très bon et pataugeoire pour les petits.

Nello spazio fra la strada litoranea e il mare hanno ricavato un bel residence con palazzine degradanti fino quasi alla spiaggia. Comodo per avere il mare a pochi passi, immersi in una vegetazione curata e acqua che scorre lungo il percorso pedonale. Appartamento P&V classico, con spazio molto ridotto in camera, privo di aria condizionata: ci sono due ventilatori in dotazione ma il caldo è intenso. Poco parcheggio gratuito, così conviene affittare quello a pagamento che è anche coperto e non si trova l'auto bollente. Nel complesso si tratta di un buon sito, specialmente se si cerca un ambiente naturale lontano da centri abitati, con spiaggia e mare pulitissimi. Attenzione al piccolo supermercato raggiungibile a piedi, perché è molto caro e poco fornito.

L'accueil du personnel avec le sourire au top, le lieu l'environnement super. Le logement de 28 mettre carré est bien, la salle de bain un peu petite, porte fermée on se sent vite à l'étroit. Les tarasses ou balcon super pour profiter du beau temps et de la plage toute proche. Les logements vue mer sont génial, le soir quand il n'y a pas de bruit on peut entendre le bruits des vagues !!! On peut voir aussi les lever de soleil!!! Logement propre à l'arriver reste juste à faire les lits. Residence a 50-100 metre de la plage c'est génial. Seul bémol le nombre de place au parking gratuit ( parking découvert) pas nombreuses entre 15 et 20, et place petite, il faut faire plusieurs manoeuvre pour pouvoir se garer correctement. En hors saison on trouve de la place sur la voirie juste devant la résidence, ou au seins de la résidence . Sinon il faut payer le parking couvert pour être sur d'avoir de la place. Pour pouvoir bouger il faut soit une voiture soit un vélo.

Un vero disastro: appartamento puzzolente, piccolo, sporco e con mobili fatiscenti. In una parola: indecente. Siamo scappati dopo un giorno anche se ne avevamo pagati tre. Statene alla larga e diffidate dalle foto istituzionali, gli appartamenti sono pessimi e pieni di zanzare. Zero aria condizionata. Un incubo per chi è abituato a un minimo standard di comfort per le proprie vacanze

Nous y sommes … et quelle surprise de découvrir notre logement réservé depuis le mois avril (pour 6 personnes dont 4 enfants : payé 1600 euros pour 7 nuits avec une réduction CE). Nous avions pris l’option vue mer pour profiter de l’air marin (nous savions tout à fait que les appartements ne disposaient pas de la Clim). Et nous nous retrouvons dans un logement exigu, vieillissant côté Parking, à l’arrière ! La responsable soutient que notre réservation est SANS la vue mer alors que je lui explique que le montant payé lors de la réservation correspond bel et bien à un logement AVEC vue mer (200 euros de plus par rapport aux autres). Les nuits pour les enfants sont éprouvantes sachant que le coin nuit (ressemblant plus à une cave) ne dispose que d’une toute petite fenêtre donnant sur le parking (odeurs +bruits…). Certes le jardin et l’endroit sont très beaux et entretenus, la plage est à 100 m mais les appartements sont décevants (pour le prix) et les photos trompeuses. Attention, contrairement aux beaux clichés du site, il n’y a pas de piscine mais une toute petite pataugeoire (bravo au photographe pour la mise en scène…). Nous avons exprimé notre déception et notre surprise à la réception mais pas d’échange possible, on a pu obtenir un parasol ! Les résidences Pierre et Vacances pour nous, c’est plus jamais ! Nous nous sentons bien lésés !!

Residence a pochi metri dalla spiaggia di Pramousquier. Nella struttura c'è una piccola piscina per bambini, solarium e campo di bocce. Piccolo ristorante sulla spiaggia aperto solo a pranzo. Parking coperto a pagamento. L'appartamento è fornito di tutto il necessario . A poche decine di metri all'esterno della struttura, un minimarket.
