"The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. However, the shuttle from the airport was not good. My arrival at the airport was significantly delayed and I missed the reserved bus. Shuttles depart from the airport every half hour every morning from 5:45 to 9:15 and in the afternoon from 6:00 to 11:30. You can take the next shuttle, except outside of these hours when you will need to take a taxi. In other words, even if you miss the bus, you can catch the next bus. That's what the guide said, but the 11:30pm bus from the airport never came. I took a taxi to the hotel. I missed the bus from the airport and asked for a refund of 7€ one way, but it was not refunded. The 8am bus from the hotel was also delayed by a few minutes and I headed to the airport."

"The hotel was fantastic. Although the room was small, it was clean. The staff's service was excellent; they even printed about 15 pages for me free of charge! Nawel, in particular, was incredibly helpful."

"The hotel itself is very nice. The design is quite beautiful, the materials eco-friendly and the rooms very comfortable.
Being a geek by nature, I certainly appreciated the high tech side of the rooms even if I found that there were a few details that were a little “blah” (shower lights).
But overall it's worth it and the breakfast is very good.
As a suggestion and to take the concept even further, the possibility of doing an independent Check in would be a plus! Also, possibly, with the surrounding hotels, creating a shuttle or other transport service for Paris and the airport could add a plus.
I was very happy to see that the hotel uses rainwater for sanitary facilities, in addition to other details to preserve the planet!

"Excellent four-star presentation!
We are very happy to have had a good stay here. Ultra modern decor, large hall with canopy roof, surrounded by forests inside, large, very well heated swimming pool, we liked the Hammam and sports hall, happy to dine at the Nautilus restaurant.
I advise you to spend the good times of winter here"

"Near the airport, we are suitable for the next day to go to the airport. The hotel has free parking. I read the comment before saying that there is a gas station nearby, but I didn’t find it the next day. We are very jealous to return the car at the airport."

"I had a flight back home the next day, so I specifically booked the Sheraton hotel as it's located directly within the terminal, offering seamless convenience. Although the hotel is a bit older, the internal facilities and amenities are still good. The breakfast is also plentiful and the quality is excellent. Next time I'm in Paris and my flight schedule isn't ideal, this will still be my first choice."

"Hotel is located within a cluster of hotels (Pullman, ibis styles) which is accessed via a local metro train (4-stops in total) which runs between the
airport, carparks and hotel (Rossey) stops.
Check in was fast however please note that they will require a 50 Euro deposit from a credit card to complete the process.
As my booking was for a one night stay I am not sure if they will seek a 50 Euro / Night deposit for a longer stay.
Room was larger and clean and had all the amenities expected of a Pullman property. However no slippers are provided.
Note! No early morning breakfast options are available which I found to be disappointing considering Hampton Inn Airport
locations offer full continental cold breakfast option from 04:00am!
Final surprise was at checkout when I had to pay 8.13 Euro's local tax charge even though I had prepaid the booking
online prior to arrival.
In summary its a nice hotel, however be aware of hidden tax charges which obviously adds to the overall price / night
rate."
