We picked this place because we'd gotten a little lost and it was time to call it a day. We were impressed with the city and it's history and cathedral. It's a beautiful area. The food in the bar was good, the room was clean, the view was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again.

Chambre propre et confortable, personnel souriant et aimable, toujours prêt à aider. Emplacement tout près de la vieille ville, à quelques pas de la place du plot et l'office de tourisme. Très bonne relation qualité-prix. Nous reviendront certainement.

Un séjour exceptionnel dans un hôtel où tout respire l’élégance et le raffinement. L’établissement est décoré avec un goût certain, alliant luxe discret et confort absolu. Mais ce qui rend l’expérience vraiment unique, c’est l’accueil et l’attention portée aux clients, incarnés par le directeur, M. Ghabi. Véritable maître des lieux, il se distingue par son professionnalisme remarquable, sa bienveillance constante et sa proximité sincère avec chaque client. Toujours disponible, à l’écoute, il veille personnellement à ce que tout soit parfait. Grâce à lui, on se sent plus qu’un simple client : on est accueilli comme un invité de marque. Je repars pleinement satisfait de mon séjour, avec une seule envie : revenir au plus vite.

Établissement très beau, moderne. Un accueil et un personnel au top. Nous avons mangé au bistrot. Cuisine excellente, service impeccable. La chambre très moderne, cosy, très propre. L hôtel est idéalement situé en ville. Je recommande vivement et j y retournerais.

Très bel hôtel, très confortable à la décoration soignée, situé en plein centre ville, permettant après avoir déposé votre véhicule au parking privé de visiter tous les sites du Puy en Velay à pied. Petits déjeuners copieux et de qualité. Belle découverte à un prix raisonnable comparé à la qualité et aux services proposés. Personnel aimable et à l' écoute du client..A conseiller sans réserve.

Bett und Kissen waren super-angenehm. Zimmer war eher klein aber sonst OK. Die Parkmöglichkeit war gut aber ein bisschen unheimlich, vor allem als Frau eher einschüchternd.

Nous sommes allés boire un thé au lounge bar (enfin nous voulions ) ce mercredi 19 mars .., il n’y avait pas grand monde et après de longues minutes d’attente nous nous sommes lassés Un barman semblant peu réactif et qui n’a pas eu un mot pour nous faire patienter m’a dissuadé (D’ailleurs comment fait il Quand il y a un peu plus de monde) Bref même dans le moindre bistrot alentour l’accueil est plus chaleureux et le service un peu plus rapide Je n’y retournerai plus Max
