We have been staying at Duck Pond since 2017. We were a month later this year which gave us an opportunity to see the baby purple Martin’s ready to leave the gourds instead of newly hatched. The hay had been cut in the fields and everything was lush and green. Unchanged was the warm welcome we received from Aad and Marjolein, the peaceful ambience sitting on our private patio enjoying the antics of the hens and ducks, the comfortable bed and delicious and varied food. With so much construction on the roads it’s a frustrating drive from Toronto but once we reach Duck Pond the stress just disappears and makes it all worthwhile. Highly recommend.

Not having been to Leamington before, we were looking forward to visiting Point Pelee and Pelee Island. This of course required us to locate somewhere to rest our heads at night. This is where Duck Pond B&B Cottage comes in. We had the most wonderful stay - quiet, picturesque and comfortable. Aad and Marjolein are wonderful hosts - from the fresh homemade breads to the comfortable accommodations. We will definitely stay with them again.

Complete Scam! I do NOT understand the previous reviews on here. I booked with Duckpond directly and talked to them on the phone - Then several weeks later they email me out of the blue and tell me they decided to close for the weekend I had reserved. Previously, I had a few choices as to where to stay but with them doing this to me those choices are gone. Do NOT trust this small mom and pop business!

Beautiful property, very peaceful and relaxing setting. The house was very clean and breakfast was delicious and very filling. The hosts are very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend the B&B. We took Aad’s suggestion and drove down highway 3 for a nice scenic route home and a chance to stop and buy fresh fruit and vegetables.

We visited Point Pelee for birding all the way from Japan. As soon as we arrived there, we realized how lucky chose "Duck Pond B&B". Marjolein and Aad were Nice and Kind with warm hospitality, The rooms were clean and comfortable. The garden was so lovely. We wish we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend staying "Duck Pond B&B" to everyone!!

Very nice, clean and comfortable cottage. Way beyond my expectations. I love how private it is. We loved enjoying our coffee and breakfast, the homemade bread was outstanding, on the private patio listening to the ducks and the purple martins. Close to point pelee park and the ferry. Town is also close with good restaurants. I highly recommend the Duck Pond for your stay in Leamington.

This was a lovely little place to get away. We spent two nights at Duck Pond. It had all of the amenities we needed. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Sitting out on the back patio with a cup of coffee was a perfect way to start the day! The breakfast was delicious! Certainly beats the stay you would have at a chain hotel in town. I would definitely recommend Duck Pond to anyone visiting the area.
